LA has a superior defense and a much better goalie. Outside of Walman and without Ekholm, the Oilers defense is mediocre at best. Bush will make the usual mistakes and watch L.A. score🤣, Nurse is inconsistent, Kulak and Emberson/Stacher are mediocre by nature. Goalie Skinner is the worst goalie among 16 goalies in the playoffs – fact.😂 The Oilers' offense is weaker than last season. (my opinion). Oilers lost Fogel and Holloway and got Arvidsson ( -3) with 27 point this season and Henrique ( +2) with 27 points. Both newcomers clearly failed to live up to expectations of making it into the top 6. Stats do not lie: McDavid, Hyman and Nudge had much better seasons last year. Frederic and Kane, if healthy (big IF), are not top-six prospects – no chemistry with other players since they haven't played with the team this season. On the other hand, LA's offense looks better than last season. Resume: LA could advance to the next round😇 and I feel really sorry for Leon and McDavid who are stuck on a mediocre team😂
