I just got this email. Think they're getting desperate?

  1. That’s the way it should be. I have the Twins pass but needed to pick up an extra ticket the previous weekend. The cheapest face value ticket was $19.75 which included a $5.75 fee. Felt a tad aggressive for the worst seats in the house that no one sits in anyway.

You’d think a smarter ownership group would figure out getting people in the door is the most important thing when concession prices are what they are. Most people are going to spend at least $20 at the game if you can just get them in the door.

    Edit: typo

  2. I think we can go lower. I’m not paying a dime until new ownership plans start rolling. The Pohlads are incompetent and have been actively holding the franchise back for years now.

  3. That’s the cheapest I’ve ever seen packaged disappointment!

No thanks. Add free food and I’d at least show up for a meal.

  4. I saw this too. The one benefit of Twins sucking is affordable games. Too bad the beer is still 17 bucks a pop

  5. Hey if you’ve always wanted to pick up a foul ball at a game you’ll probably have an entire section to yourself

  6. I went to 6 games last year. About average for me. Bought tix from 2 buddies who already paid for season tix. Brought my water bottle to fill, and ate beforehand. City got some parking $$ outta me, but the Pohlads didn’t get shit.

  7. I’m almost embarrassed to be a season ticket holder at this point, and I have the cheapest possible season ticket package. Still feel like I’m losing money. Thank goodness for complimentary MLB.tv and discounted Twins TV.

  8. About 19 dollars too much. I deserve 10 dollars an hour to watch this team shit theme

  9. Cool. Still not driving 4 hours 1 way to go til they sell the team or invest in it.

  10. Good deal. Depends on the weather though. Otherwise this is a pretty good value for a baseball game (ignoring win totals)

  11. Yeah I’m not gonna spend my money a mediocre product. The Pohlads have shown they don’t care about the team, why should I?

  12. still over priced.

I know it hurts fellow fans who have joined the no attendance boycott, this may be tempting but keep speaking with your wallets. it’s only April and they are feeling squeeze.

they want to treat the twins strictly as a business, make it well known you as the consumer are not interest int he product they are producing.

Even if somehow the team turns it around and starts winning, the damage is done. i am forever against attending twins games or purchasing gear while they are owned by the pohlad family.

  13. It’s a great time to pay 9$ and then go sit right behind home plate because nobody is there
