Another ποΈ year for the π¦ but they still have a very bright future ahead of them π.
It has finally arrived, our critical offseason time… PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE GMMG here to swindle your GM and bring us back into the Playoffs for 25/26! #FutureisTeal!
Go get us that Elite defensemen.
We are closer than we look, lost 34 one goal games (or plus EN). Build that killer instinct the next few seasons.
Like this and Matty Schaefer will become a shark on draft day
Whether he has a few bad trades, or any other decisions. I trust in the Grier process ππ»
Hey Mike, I remember wishing you were a Shark before we managed to sign you and I remember being glad that you were finally a Shark. I am very glad that one of our own is here helping to steer our team back to contention and I am vaguely aware how difficult your job has been so far. So many hard decisions that have to be made and I am glad that we have you to make them.
Thanks for bringing some luck with you by the way in landing us the top pick last year for the first time as a franchise! hehe I can also imagine that all of the hard decisions you have made already that is just the job and I am glad that a former Shark and a player with the long and distinguished career that you had is handling those decisions. Every player knows you understand their perspective because you lived that perspective as a player yourself.
I love the staffing decisions you have made so far and love the efforts to do a better job at finding, drafting and developing players. For the first time I see our feeder system full with prospects percolating up from every pipeline whether it's European elite leagues, KHL, Major Junior or NCAA hockey and I love it. You and your team have done a really good job of creating pressure from the bottom up that is building as all our prospects surge to win a spot with the Sharks.
Our system for the first time since I started following the Sharks during their first play off appearance against Detroit so long ago is full and its about to get stuffed to bursting with even more talent. I expect that every year now for the foreseeable future we are going to have talented players forge a path to join the Sharks every year which of course will create another good problem in that you only have so many roster spots.
I am excited to see what decisions you and your team will make around the draft, free agency/trades this off season and I wish you, your guys and your family all the best Mike!

He said his top 5 is different than 80% of the league's top 5. Let me take a guess:
Schaefer, Martone, McQueen, Desnoyers and Frondell (all big dudes isnt it π)
I got to know what Grier was offered for Celebrini last year, holy!!!!
Heβs had way more hits than misses. Weβre in safe hands with him. We trust Mike Grier π― #GMMG
Grier is in WAY OVER his head. When is ENOUGH, ENOUGH???
