    This is a guy that throws 50 potential assists on-target before he throws a bad pass

  6. Feel like some people can see Tyrese as “overrated” as he doesn’t put up the numbers you’d associate with a franchise player/star guard in this era. Though that wouldn’t be the right way to assess his game. Guy makes his teammates better, and his ability to make the right play/create advantages is huge.

  10. It’s purely from scoring, I just don’t think players value passing or facilitating that much.

    I think people look at it like, if you’re an all-nba, I want you to have the ball in your hands for the last shot every game. Hali is a bit of an inconsistent scorer by himself, so I think that’s probably what player see.

    He also talks a lot, and I’m sure that rubs players the wrong way.

  33. This being the case, i think it’s fair to say Haliburton and Trae are two of the most underrated players in the league.

  34. I feel like Haliburton has big impacts on games even when his stats aren’t good. But he also has games where he shoots 3-13 and it can be a big factor. But overall he’s very efficient and makes that offense work

  40. He’s definitely a very difficult player to rank. Very good shooter and excellent passer. Terrible defensively. Without further context he sounds similar to Trae Young or LaMelo Ball. Doesn’t help that he tends to have pretty uneven seasons.
