That Mel Kiper trade would be sweet grabbing 33 and 67 not loving the other 2 picks tho Kaleb and Parrish are a no go for me with those picks tho Ezeiruaku all day every day We need him so I love that pick. Teams don't want to entertain trading up, until on the clock and either a player is there they want they didn't expect to still be there, or they fear another team will grab a player b4 them, like a run on a particular position. We have seen where once a position like T starts a run, several teams grab Ts, when b4 the draft the thought was T would be second half of first round. 2024 draft is a great example; AP wanted to draft a T and couldn't trade back into first to get one.

31. My dream draft would somehow we are able to get Henderson at RB and an edge like the UCLA edge I have no idea how to spell that name or maybe Princley out of Ole Miss for an edge. And if there is a way to get a CB that could start opposite of Lattimore and a deep threat opposite Terry, then AP is not just a genius he's a wizard cooking up spells to take down the rest of the league. BUt I do have to say Henderson is my draft crush this year man I hope somehow we can get him it would help Jayden so much to have that kind of RB behind him to take some of that load off Jaydens shoulders all the time.

32. Speaking of Sam Howell…What would you think of a draft day trade with a quarterback needy team for Marcus Mariota. Remember, last year when he was called upon he played LIGHTS OUT and won games for us! Mobile, Smart, Experienced, and great locker room guy… He would be an upgrade for several teams in the league at starting QB. If you were one of those teams and you could acquire Mariota for , say, a third round pick on draft day would you pull the trigger on that ? Would Peters consider that? Did Peters acquire Josh Johnson with that possibility in mind? Just a thought…

33. Much of the same things they are saying about this draft was said about the 2019 draft. I remember because I thought it was disrespectful to the guys coming out. What they all called a weak draft produced Scary Terry, Deebo Samuel, A J Brown, DK Metcalf, T J Hockenson, Montez Sweat, Nick Bosa, Jeffery Simmons., Dexter Lawrence, Josh Allen, Brian Burns, Chris Lindstrom, Kyler Murray. Josh Jacobs,. Quinnen Williams, and Maxx Crosby just to name a few and I left out many. So you never know . I see this RB and DT group as loaded. The WR and CB group I think is under rated .
