  1. If MG is there… that is a potential Defense altering pick… Miami could terrorize their opponents (provided Phillips and Chub are healthy, and Chop makes even menial 2nd year progress)..
I think the two top corners are good players… but a "pretty good" corner can cover for 2.5-3sec… Even a HOF corner can't cover for 5.. It's just a bigger improvement to make a dominant front 7 instead of one solid patch to a sieve of a secondary….

  2. not an insider but i suggested Chop being the pick a month out. just seemed like the pick considering Chubb's injury, draft position, the fact that Fautanu wasn't going to make it to the Dolphins, and Chop was a speed rusher (different to Chubb and Phillips). that was my logic.

  3. Grier will resign the carcass.of Xavien Howard to fill out the room. He won't tackle anybody, but he'll make sure to get the incentive tackles. I'm all for Mason Graham at 13, even though there are some guys I like just as much 30-50 range.

  4. Kyle, as ever, thanks for your efforts, expertise and insights these last couple of months. It really adds to my enjoyment and experience of the draft. 👍🏻
