  1. Our pitchers let us down this series. We need to bounce back this weekend.

And I’m done playing the Cubs lol

Edit: Ohtani is not seeing the ball well at all. It takes time for him to get going but he still saw the ball better in previous Aprils

  2. There’s only so much the offense can do if the pitching staff is just going to shit the bed and casually give up an exorbitant amount of runs every single time

  3. Dw guys it’s only our beloved Pittsburgh pirates featuring Paul skenes next

  4. Shohei looking rough out there. Swinging at everything and seemingly late/under every pitch. Only silver lining is that it’s only April.

Not to mention Austin Barnes. He feels like a Make A Wish kid who gets to play MLB games who has no business being out there. His baserunning gaffe right before Mookie’s double is the difference in this game.

  5. Putrid bullpen performance. Ain’t no dawgs just a bunch of sick chihuahuas

  6. Just hope we get our pitching staff back to full health by September and survive in the playoff hunt until then. Hope this shuts up the stupid 120 win talk – we are as prone to the injury bug this year as every other year and will be a fight to the death to the finish. October is still ours.

  7. How do we spend $500 million on pitching this offseason, and we’re already resorting to bullpen games with Triple A guys one month into the season?

  8. This team desperately needs new blood. Relying on guys like Muncy, Conforto, Rojas, Barnes, etc. to keep getting consistent play time is just asking for an underwhelming performance. Not to mention relying on a dude who’s been DFA’d by multiple teams to come out and pitch against the hottest offense in baseball. Just frustrating and avoidable losses.

  9. I don’t want to see sight or sound of the Cubs for the rest of the year. They can piss off. The Dodgers, on the other hand, need to get their shit together. Almost a month of games under their belt and they’re still all out of sync.

  10. i dgaf if its april, may, or 20 B.C., I fucking hate losing. be better. plain and simple.

  11. Don’t worry tho guys WE GOT PAUL SKENES NEXT 😃😃!! WOOHOO

Ohtani go spend some time with your family and reset your mind man cause this hasn’t been it at all.
