18. They had DT Ty Robinson in for a 30 visit and would compete with Mike Morris who needs to step, and I have them taking Robinson in round 3. Grant just isn't a NT, but can play anywhere on the line, which means you can get rid of the dead weight, and I'm assuming releasing Young is the beginning of this process.

34. I'd suggest they're simply clearing roster space. Currently they have 69 players contracted, plus 10 draft picks, which only leaves 11 places left for UDFAs and any late FA additions. They are probably looking through their draft boards and seeing a few more likely FAs that they'd like more than him.
