  1. Campbell is not a fourth pick smfh we need a edge rusher that’s a Top 5 pick we can grab Campbell if it’s that serious with the second rnd smfh

  2. Will Campbell, when do we finally stop the bleeding? He’s going to be a guard, history shows us there is no chance he plays tackle with his arm length. We will be drafting a player that should be a decent guard but has not played the position. Very good Guard is a low floor, you can get outstanding Guards much later in the draft. I like Vrabel but his record in Tennessee was not anything to write home about, it got worse each year until they released him. I honestly really like Vrabel but we have thrown away to many drafts we don’t have the Luxury of drafting a Guard at 4, he will not be able to play LT in the NFL. I watched the tape and saw most of the 17 qb hurries he allowed, no way he gets better at the NFL level. I hope they trade down and acquire Banks or even Simmons.

  3. Come on Nick, are we really shooting for a high floor guard? That's not what you draft in the top five. IMPACT is what they should be looking for..

  4. Enough safe picks what has that gotten them. How about something unexpected like Ashton Jenty. Maybe if they hyped up Ashton Jenty instead of Will Campbell they may be getting some offers from other teams to move up but everyone believes the Patriots are going to choose Campbell so why bother making an offer?

  5. could not draft joe alt last year cause he had nobody to block. cant draft jeanty cause nobody can block. pats fans focus on can'ts all day.

better play calling. a new head coach. and better talent at skill postions will improve any offensive line.

  6. If Mike Vrabel and the patriots draft Will Campbell at 4 overall it will be because of his on field ability
    first
Really not sure why you’d discuss this other than to fill time on the airwaves

  7. Take Campbell at 4 then look for a Tight End or receiver in the second round
Try to get Nick Scourton on the edge
What we should be talking about here is what happens with the draft picks from last year?
    Particularly Robinson and Wallace
Are we saying they are not in the mix anymore or can they be plugged into the offensive line once Campbell and others have been drafted
If we’re saying that Robinson and Wallace are not in the mix then Elliot Wolf has whiffed completely

  8. You made my day talking about Ferguson. Especially me being a Ducks fan. Watched a ton of him the past 3 years. Versatile. Can line up all over the place. Think he would be a great TE for the Pats to get with their 2nd 3rd rounder or maybe fourth. And if the Pats trade up and get Ebuka I want a cartwheel on stream.

  9. I agree, I think they love the person and might be blinded a bit by his play and measurements. We can't get this top 5 pick wrong. And if he ends up being a guard then that is a huge miss. Who is to say he will even be a good guard? He has never played guard. I hope he is right, this is a huge pick for the future of our draft. I feel bad for Campbell because fans will be hard on him if he sucks.

  10. Who would want to spread all this Will Clark Hype ? Hm🤔…….their opponents who want Ashton Jeanty or Memmbou or whoever and because they hate the Pats and want to mislead them into a mediocre pick Again. Clark will be a guard and really how good??? We all know the sports mainstream Media are bunch of copy cats! Hear a few similar rumors and they parrot it ! No Will Clark , there's no rush to fill this hole at Left tackle. Trading down is The Move, time to start those Ashton Jeanty rumors, Vrabel it's will drum up more trade interest! 🎉😅

  11. 1. Character, leadership, and culture matter FIRST. You build a list of high-character players, then find the best skill among them. These talking heads might know football, but clearly don't understand leadership and diffusion of innovation theories.

    2. If Campbell is the guy and he can be a Left Tackle, book it now. High character and skill attribution, plus top need, if you believe its him… take him.

    3. Ultimately, you should just draft Jeanty or Warren at 4, then trade back into the first for Josh Conerly Jr.

    4. Its crazy to me that I keep hearing analysts talk about getting "Security and skill to accelerate a young QB," but when it comes to the Patriots, Jeanty and Warren aren't believable for Drake Maye, knowing you can trade back into the first to get a solid and definitive LT. 🤷🏾‍♂

  12. I'm with you Nick……Affection for a player's personality doesn't block blindside blitzes. Talent, skill, aggressive feet and hand/eye coordination does.

We're not drafting these men to babysit the kids, be our BFF, blind date or to be community organizers for the neighborhood. They are drafted to play football.

    Stick to the football need.

  13. So, something that’s gotten lost in the Will Campbell debate:

We know the arm measurement history, nobody has brought up the history of success based on other measurements.

Taking arms out of it, how have players with his athletic testing, BCS production & age done in the NFL?

I’d hazard to guess that list is extremely impressive.

If all/most of that lists “misses” are shorter armed, that would mean far more to me than just taking his arm measurements in isolation.
