The Return of the Final Countdown (2025 Detroit Pistons Playoff Introduction)

April 24, 2025 – After becoming the first team in NBA history to triple their win total over two consecutive 82-game seasons, the Detroit Pistons returned to the postseason for the first time since 2019 and did so in style, reintroducing “The Final Countdown”, a starting lineup mainstay dating all the way back to the Bad Boys Pistons of the late ’80s and early ’90s.

  1. Too bad Adam Silver wanted New York Vs Boston like this is the MLB or something… rigged ass league is unwatchable when you have KAT and Brunson flopping around all game. Money grab league! Boston vs New York will make Adam even more money! Just like when he took our picks and tuned them into 5th picks! Letting the refs call us Cleveland during the Harris foul challenge let me know how bad the refs hate Detroit

  2. I'm a die hard Lakers fan, since '99 after MJ Airness hung it up, I rocked with Kobe! 2004 made me want to throw and break so many objects cuz of what Larry Brown's Pistons did to my Lakers that season. However, love the down in the trenches style they had and some of it's making its way back with this crew!
