  1. Would love Keenan/coop. But doubt they come you bring up a good point.

But I would love to get some vets and fill any gaps. I would love for this team to compete and make a possible playoff run. Really just want to see some good competitive football for once. Our team isn’t a “rebuilding” or your traditional young roster. We’ve got a lot of talent. Maybe I’m delusional I guess we just have to wait and see

  2. How bout bring back Elijah Moore or did he resign there's also Boyd,Clark,& Agholor that are still UFAs last time I checked… I can't look now this is just top of my head who won't break the bank and probably would be greatful just to be playing ball.

  3. Smith is a project. No “ keys “ given. We need a threat to go deep. 2 big catches and no one is thinking about “ drops”.

Jets fans need to chill. This is a process. We can still find depth at WR.

  4. There will be room to improve. Besides current free agents, teams will be cutting players as draft picks work out, to save address cap issues. I think having an experienced wr like allen or the te you mentioned make sense, they get to extend their career, and be a mentor as well. On an offense with inexperienced coaching in many places, esperienced players can help.

One thing i sense from glenn is he knows what redundancy means, that shit happens, saleh coached to the philosophy that everything will go right ..and when lt didnt, he was clueless, and made excuses to cover for his lack if ability to adjust.

  5. My sincere apologies to harp on the Arian Smith debate again but CJ West had to be the pick at 110 he would've been excellent alongside Q. And then Moore at 130 as he was and Tory Horton at pick 162 who I just think offers so much more of a well rounded skillset as a WR and only ran 0.05s slower 40 than Arian Smith but is 6'2/6'3.

In respect to the wider team. I think the front office and coaching staff has accepted there will be no serious competing for anything and are accepting there are a few holes in the team rather than forcing anything. I like this approach as in the first year of a regime its worth doing a stock count of what we have and then making more blockbuster moves.

  6. I wouldn’t mind the jets getting Elijah Moore back we know what he can do and he would easily be contending for wr2 position he’s good in the slot and we could probably get him for a low risk deal

  7. I would think about bringing back DT Quinton Jefferson. You know what we're getting, and he'll be better than what we have now.
I would kick the tires on Amari Cooper's asking price because…why not?
Safety Vonn Bell would be a nice get as well for some veteran presence in the secondary.

  8. Dalton risner guard Gerald Everett te taven Bryan Julian blackmon zadarrius smith tyler Boyd dj chark Keenan Allen amari cooper kyzir white lb etc free agency post draft signings possibly for our ny jets

  9. i know he's comin' off of injury….. but i still got my eye on Chase Claypool. If he can get back to being his old self(play wise)…. then he can be a benefit to this Jets team at the WR position….

  10. I think what is missed is how poorly the last regime failed to develop its players. I think a guy like Ruckert will be a better player-even if it’s just as a blocker. They did sign Andrew Beck who’s a great H-Back and mauler in the run game.

  11. Choosing Keenan Allen over Amari Cooper is a no-brainer. Cooper is a headache. He's always bitching that he isn't paid enough, they don't throw him the ball enough, yada, yada, yada. Allen is a solid citizen, and would cost half as much as Cooper, or less.
