As a New York Rangers fan in the world of hockey…..I need to ask…..was his/her team losing at the time?
The man jumped up excited after the amazing double play by the Pirates…And he fell!!!!…NO WAY that man jumped intentially!!!!!
My prayers are with that manππΌ My prayers are with that man's family and friends as well ππΌ
Looks like a suicide attempt.
It look like he tried to commit suicide
He just wanted to see if he qualified for the Darwin award.
This is horrifying. Thoughts and prayers for the fan and his family.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say alcohol was involved. Here comes the lawsuit for the railing not being high enough.
He lifted himself and tried to jump up on top of that blue wall just below the yellow pipe railing . That's what I see anyway.
1:22 If you slow-mo it, you can see his hands grab the rail, and his feet lift up as if he is trying to almost walk or jump off intentionally, there's even a bit of a 'hop up' to this motion…. dude was probably drunk af
*edit… it's like his feet slipped when he was attempting to launch off the rail…. when his feet slipped, he knew he effed up, then reached back to grab something to hold as he was falling
It sure looks like he did it on purpose. He jumped and catapulted himself over the railing.
It either looks like he jumped or maybe when he got up so fast, something got caught (clothing?) on the rail maybe which flung him over? Really bizarre.
Darwin Award
He jumped
Just a drunk dumbass
Seemed like he was trying to jump onto the field to celebrate, clipped his foot on the rail on accident, then went flopping end-over-end.
Really excited drunk guy jumping out of his seat….or he thought it would be cool to attempt to jump over the railing. I dont know, but I bet there will be some stupid rush to put nets up.
Local pittsburgh station says he has a fractured skull.
I didnβt see the thumbs up! Is that a bad sign?
What else can go wrong for the Pirates this year. I'm sure the ambulance chasers are in his hospital room as we speak.
Holy shit, I don't believe this … the Pirates won?!
Itβs unfortunate what happened but looks like he jumped to me.
Judging by that video, it almost looks like he thrown himself over the bar. What the hell
Dudes in critical condition and local news reports he has a Skull fracture
looked like he had long pants and no shirt on. enough said.
Keep over-serving and this stuff happens and will continue to do so.
It almost seems like this person was sitting on an ejecting chair! Crazy!
The Russian Judge gave that a 4 as he didn't stick the landing.
Whether from the drink or the injury, he probably won't remember any of it. And that's exactly what the ghost that pushed him is counting on.
I hope he will ok.
How much extra does someone pay for ejection seats?
This video is sponsored by Budweiser. This Bud's for you!
Dude you suck wrong area and the guy definitely jumped
Stupid human tricks
It's crazy, because it not only looks intentional, but hella fake too, like he's a dummy. I'd be very interested if he survives to hear from his mouth what happened.
Looked intentional honestly.
I'm a lot older than this fellow, but there have been several times in my life where I stood up or jumped up from a seated position so quickly that it caused me to get really dizzy and nearly pass out (with no alcohol involved). The guy looks almost like a rag doll going over that railing. I sincerely hope this wasn't an alcohol-induced "sad choice." Given the context, maybe I'm being naive. But nonetheless I hate to see something like this happen to anyone, and I pray he'll recover.
He was drunk, he did it to himself, case closed
I was at a Oakland A's game many years ago and a guy fell trying to catch a ball. He fell during warm-ups behind the out field wall, some players were out there and started yelling for help. I never heard what happened to him though. It was scary to see.
This happened at Candlestick which caused beer to stopped being served after the 7th inning I believe in the 80s but it was worse they fell onto someone from either the 3rd deck or second deck . They died.
