Whether it was done intentionally or accidentally, it appears that the Utah Hockey Club has leaked their new name, the Utah Mammoth. When you go to the club’s YouTube channel, it now reads the address as Utah Mammoth. Club officials would not confirm or deny the rumors that say the new name is the Mammoth. So, we’ll have to see what happens in days to come. Maybe they’re coming out with a new logo. And who knows, maybe they’re just putting this out as a little test flag to see how the public reacts to the name and see if they would go forth with it or not. But apparently it looks as though the Utah Hockey Club could be the Utah Mammoth.
