Oilers ELIMINATE Kings for the FOURTH STRAIGHT YEAR 4️⃣
54.1 to go Kopitar the tip out of Downey and
now he wins the face off sprinting for the bench is Darcy Keer The Oilers looking to
close out the series leading five to four This series has to end this way with the Kings
pressing for the equalizer Shuffling it empty High drama LA refusing to die A five player
scrum along the end boards car down there by five field Sanders in front makes the save The
rebound cleared by Brown up the right hand side 20 seconds to go down the stretch at Rogers
Here’s a lead pass trying to dance through collaps trying to keep it in the zone It’s
locked it back the other way 8 seconds Down he races back 5 seconds fires Rock
toward the empty net He shoots and scores [Music] [Applause] Talk about going right down to the wire The
Kings win the face off They get the puck in deep They have a last chance to tie this game
And it’s Biffield that chops this to the net Watch this save in tight right there Picker just
extends the right pad Punches it away right in the blue paint And Conor Brown with a block and
fires this into the open net with 08 seconds They’re going to add a little bit It looks like
nope It’s over What a finish to this [Applause] [Music] one What a game What a series What a sport [Applause] This series started off as a roller
coaster ride and it finished as one as well Unbelievable Right to the wire
Hard to imagine a better sixgame series in any [Applause] sport Fabulous
entertainment Phenomenal hockey and all those bumps all those bruises
all those wars all those scraps you saw on every inch of ice every single game And
this here a lot of respect between these two teams That respect goes right out
of the window when these two teams face off against each other But it shows here
This is what separates this sport from any [Applause] other Trying to kill each other for
the last two weeks Unbelievable You shake hands say well done One team packs up and goes home The
other heads to Vegas to go in the playoffs [Music] Just magnificent Well Calvin Pickard stepped
in and did not lose a game in this series Team rally battled hard in front of him Down two
nothing in the series four straight for the Oilers And a lot of the Los Angeles Kings
players giving him a lot of taps He knows a lot of people in this league He’s very well
respected but he stepped in there and got the job done He’s the governor and he’s also
186 and one in his last 25 decisions since January at age 33 toiling and seemingly destined to finish
his career in the American Hockey League You talk perseverance and I know it
can be cliched at times but Calvin Pickard is an embodiment of what
hard work and relentlessness can ultimately lead to A year and a half ago no one
has him in the spot he finds himself in right now Goes for the coaches too Jack You know these
guys mastermind plans against each other try and make changes try and make switches and a
lot of respect for one another too [Applause]
For the 4th straight season, the Edmonton Oilers have knocked out the Los Angeles Kings in the First Round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, this time winning in 6 games and advancing to face the Golden Knights.

HAHHAAHAHAHA
What do you even do if you are the kings. Everyone thought this was the year they could beat them. 4 series losses to the same team in a row is just gut wrenching.
imagine being on the verge of going up 3-0 and losing the series
Downtown Connor Brown was a stud. Great depth scoring for the oil.
The coaches challenge heard around the world. LA actually had a chance this year, it seemed. they were the best LA team the oilers have faced, but the coach screwed them.
Kings fans: I'm tired of this grandpa
That coaches challenge changed the entire course of the series. Congrats oilers and good luck in round two
The kings are an embarrassment to LA
Won the first two games then they got out worked.
Love seeing anything in LA lose. Especially the Kings. Grats to the better team. Go Oilers
change the format..the LA Kings shouldn't be facing the Oilers every year both teams make the playoffs. The Oilers also have no Cup to show for it.
The Oilers goalie story reminds me of Boston‘s Thomas story. Guy played lights out all the way to the end to get the cup.
Hello guy nhl game
Would this be a sweep?
How about those Oilers?
👍
Brown scores with 0.8 seconds to put more salt in the kings eyes
$1 million dollar goalie out goalied a $5.2 million dollar goalie lol great value for Pickard.
Oilers have the whole hockey world cheering for them to beat Vegas
Calvin P you're the man to lead the Oilers all the way to the cup final. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
4th year straight!!!!😭……🖤🩶🖤🩶🖤
kings' style can still work in the regular season, but not in the playoffs…their coach is out of touch with hockey in 2025. this isn't 1995…
how many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man?
Annual tradition
Calgary Boy Here, LETS GO OILERS!!!
kings were painful to watch . so many of the oilers goals had a king or 2 just gawking around and not helping the goalie !
Well this was a trailer of how oilers can play when they have fit players.
The Kings had this series locked. Too bad their coach screwed it up for the team and for giving life to the Oilers. Pathetic!. Hiller should not be back for the Kings. We need someone who can get us throughout the playoffs
Imagine if LA doesn't make any major changes this off-season and brings back the same management, coaching staff and core players….
Oilers FTW! 🛢
