Players began waving frantically from the field, pointing to the man that fell on the warning track. He clearly jumped out of his seat, but it doesn't look like attempted to jump over the railing. He was trying to jump to his FEET. A normal person would've balanced themself on their toes, but he happened to be very drunk. How else do you explain him trying to hold on to the railing? His upper body inertia appears to carry his body over the rail, and after flipping over it, it was impossible to hold on.

Which would mean Andrew McCutchen is liable for all the damages that happened next.
