Chris Greer and the Miami Dolphins has made a flurry of roster moves. They released four players. The most notable one, Blake Ferguson, the longtime long snapper, has been released. Not surprised after the Dolphins add a long snapper in undrafted free agency. They also released corner Ryan Cooper Jr., the player they signed just after free agency. They also released Neil Frell, a defensive lineman that was on a futures contract. And then they wrapped it up by getting rid of Jason Hines, the interior offensive lineman. This now puts Miami at the threshold underneath 90 players. They needed to get under there. Still expect Terron Armstead to be officially moved off of the roster soon. That’s one more move that needs to be coming. But Greer gets the Dolphins under 90 players going into rookie mini camp.
