Genuine questions here:
if he got a piece of it, and the catcher dropped it, shouldn't that mean he needs to start running? Or is it considered a foul, since it went behind the plate (and into the catcher's mit)?
and if the catcher had caught it, would he be out?
Wicked pitch
When you show it in slow motion, it looks like my fastball.
Not only was it 104 it moved too and that makes it pretty much impossible to react to the movement and the speed.
It's amazing that he still has it at his age!
A lot of bite
that’s not a hit
Yet Chapman, for all his record-breaking fastballs, he’s pretty much been just another “journeyman relief pitcher” the majority of his career, seemingly with a new MLB team at the start of every season, if he isn’t also traded to another one mid-season that’s in contention for a playoff berth (if the one he signed with happens to stink).
That slow mo made me wana puke
