NHL Game 4 Highlights | Jets vs. Stars – May 13, 2025

Warren and Baron will take the opening call against Wyatt Johnston for Drier. Gorder drops the puck. Away we go. Dylan Delo up ahead for Mason Appleton who tips it in Lope Henson. He’ll take it down the wing. Can’t it hast up front. Great chance. Saved by Russle up some pucks and then win those battles. Carter does that. Nice job. He gets support from Shley. That’s what you want on a for it cleanly. Back for Luke Shen. Shen snapped it on goal. Off the side by Alinger. Marchman trying to get a piece of it. Shen again at the point with it. Shen down low for Valardi. Cut off by Lindell. Puck gets cleared to center. Tyler Seek hands it out for Cody Cece. Snaps it on goal and it’s backed to side by Conor Hel. 22nd birthday tomorrow as you heard with Scott earlier before the game. Robertson will get it up ahead for Johnston over the line from Mico Ranson into the net. Johnston takes it on goal and a big save made by Helabuk. I know everybody wants to see Hellabak put up these great numbers in this game and to be honest with you, good or bad, ugly, whatever it looks like. Benny Donov can’t clear. Nina Ryder has got it. Hands it off for shoots on the save. Rebound and it’s shot wide. Harley gets knocked down by Lowry. Here comes Healers. Heers cutting and holds on with a shot right on and makes the save. Use it for Nikolai Eers. flipped it across to Moresy. He’s got a little open ice and he’ll take off with it. Morrisy drops. Steelers in. Shoots off with a save. Can’t get to the rebound though. And Robertson will leave it for Thomas Harley as now the Stars break out. Harley dropped it back. Brandley got by Taylor gets into the jets. Scores. penalty by Dlo and allowing the player to stay right down the middle of the ice. If you had your dribbers, you would rather push the players to the outside, make them enter in outer so that the angles are all off. coming right down the middle. He fires this beside Punk and it beats Hell low glove side cleanly. He’ll bring it back in as Lowry’s got on side in time. Low on it back to the net in front with a chance where it was off his pad. Wait. He waits for everybody to be on side. He protects the puck. He’s got steel on him. He lays it in behind to Lowry. It’s a set play. Lowry in all of game one, but for Heiskin and this is a a longer wait to get in. Three and a half months. So I agree with exactly what what they did with them how they eased him in. Bangles up with Valardi. Here’s Morrisy on it. He’ll shoot. It’s tipped and that one got deflected away. Connor goes after it. Steel can’t clear as Nikolai Eers will keep the pressure on. Eers back to Morrisy. Hands it off for Connor. Got it. Eers scores. Nikolai Eers banks it in and it’s a 1-1 game together. Two more periods like that one. We’re going to be just fine here. They’ve came out here on the power play. They’ve talked about the power play has got to help a little bit. Even just with one goal could make the difference. Valardi bumps out to the high slot. That shifts Shifley down the back door. All these movements are the ones that Blake Wheeler was talking about in game three, the ones you read off of. And I think as a goalender you don’t. Steel lines up with the draw against CC goes after it. Middell blocked by Cycl by Valardi on for the save and he’ll cover it up as they like to say getting on their toes and these power plays will help because all your good players are getting touches. And good job down low by Shley. Luke Shen long feet ahead for Kyle Connor. Connor brings it into the Dallas zone. Pass for Flurry. Goes for the end of the shot. Good save. Hurry trying to get to it. Robertson has got it. Jason Robertson circles around, goes to the point. Harley hands it off and give it a shot off the end of it. I don’t know how he saw it and got his shoulder on this. He’s got Johnson right in front of him. He gets the position right and that left shoulder. Watch him right there. It’s positioning. He’s in the right to the net off the outside of the goal. Rans it in front. Robertson coming off the pad of Hamach. He was going one way and he just got the leg back the other. He’s kind of looking around and he finds Robertson right there and he banks this off the leg of Tanv. Off the head to here come the Jets. It’s a threeon two. Conor over the line to follow around the net in front. Great save on Kyle Connor this whole play off. There’s the three on two. Dallas gets caught by a foul comes around the net. Throws it through corner. Remember that one as this game moves along. Here’s Peter Rider trying to keep it in. Ranch it in. Got it out. Brandon gets on it. He’s got hints. Shoot. Scores. That auter save and then need rider doesn’t get it turned over to get it deep. It goes to land and anyone who thought that grand shot should you know how could it beat Hellob from the top of the circle to the hash mark cuz he’s got a really good shot and you saw it right there as he pulls the trigger on this thing upstairs glove side. Hellob has been beaten upstairs glove side quite a bit in the playoffs as hell. Branson and racing after it. Morrisy is Morrisy trying to play it up the board. Brandling cut it off to the net. Tipped by H. Aer here. I follow throws this through to Connor and Auter kicks that one out and working. John and Gary with the call of the third. A big night for Brandon so far in this one. Five hits to go along. Brandon back for Hast. Broken up. Conor Connor’s got it. Short-handed. Here comes Connor. Lace it in. Great save and then this breakaway by Connor on a mishap by Hasten. And again play it for Robertson. Robertson back to Ronin up high. Harley for Johnson. Stopped made by Hel and he’s able to grab it with a glove. Oh, Johnson shot from the slot. Comes across with the glove. Snags it out of the air. Point by Harley. Lopez hands it off for Harley. Now down to Rantin. Ransing in the slot. Johnson. Oh, Hob got a piece of with a stick. Flag. That’s got Connor again. Two times tonight. And then Heluck steps up. Tam goes after Marchman. It’s dead to the point. Houston Shane and he shoots off the post. Past scores for the last time. A big save by Otinger leads to a goal by Granlin. The shot off the crossar goes right to Hasten. He fakes it back to Dusade. Slides it over to Granle. That little bit of deception maybe delays Heluck getting over to the post and Granlin just threads it right through there. Landell has got it. Chin knocked down steel. Here comes Ben shooting off the mask of Hel. He can’t find it. Goes to the corner. Robertson playing off the glass. It’ll bounce around right in front. Here’s Morrisy shooting. Kick Ranger. Three down three and the stars get it to the line. Not out. Mory on it again coming in with a shot. K as well. And it’s paid out. Trying to go up the boards with it. Here’s a chance. It falls down in the net. Denied by it is these last 8 minutes and 58 seconds. Here’s Morrisy on it. Got it across safely with a chance. Real foul put it wide to come through here now with just under seven to go in the third and it’s taken away and here comes Sega Ron the stopped by Hel chance to put this one away but Helok comes up with a big stop to keep the Jets alive and hence will get it to center over to Ranson back across Lindell to the net tipped on goal by Hson I believe that Randon is going going to chip this in and change. I think he’s going to. And then he throws it right across to Lindell who lays it to Hints. And there’s the tip. There’s the contact in front between Pian and Lindell as this puck comes across and a nice glove save by Connor Halabuki onto the wing. Heers up with it. Heers to Mory and the Stars will put the President’s Trophy winners on the ring.

Mikael Granlund carried the offensive load for the Stars with a hat trick, Jake Oettinger made 31 saves on the night, and Dallas took a commanding 3-1 series lead with a 3-1 win over the Winnipeg Jets.

  1. It's too bad that the Jets keep choking in the postseason and especially Hellebuyck. I really wanted to see them end the Canadian drought and it would be such a cool story as an underdog franchise and city that most players put on their NTC. I just hope no Stars players get injured before the series ends. I rather see either of them win the Stanley Cup out of all the teams left. They have a better chance of doing so than the Jets do anyway with their depth, grit/toughness, durability, and goaltending. Outstanding performance by Oettinger, who had a lot of criticism come his way at points this season and in these playoffs, but who stepped up big time tonight. Amazing performance by Granlund too. Nice to see him and Duchene become key contributors to the Stars with them being listed as "disappointments" by some just because of them not being franchise talents for past organizations and getting bounced around. There's so much talent on this roster that it's insane. All that the Stars needed was proper rest and that killer instinct to make it far. They had grueling long series the last few playoff runs and against other top 5 contenders where they were destroyed by the time they made it to previous rounds. Them having some of their top guys return fresh at a later date from injuries and acquiring guys hungry to make other teams look silly or prove the haters wrong such as Rantanen and Granlund, similar to Kadri in Colorado and many players in Florida, have fixed it.

  2. I’m NOT trying to be an a hole, BUT I really hope the Blues are watching to see how you should act when being up by two goals with 2 minutes left 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮.

  3. Granny is a player , who shows his guts in tough matches.

But without Otty's saves it could have also turned the other way. Hellebuyck played well, can' t Be blamed on this loss.
