What’s up, CFO gang? It’s your boy Jay Tuck. Real Cowboys fan stand up. And yo, I’m in a good mood right now, y’all. Your boy is in a good mood. I mean, last week I got George Pickkins. You know what I’m saying? I’m still excited about getting George Pickkins. Then I turned around the next day and got the GTA 6 trailer. Trailer number two for GTA 6. And then last night I was chilling, minding my business, watching the NBA draft lottery, thinking, “Honey, my Dallas Mavericks only have a 1% chance of getting the number one overall pick tuck. Why even waste your time?” So, I decided to go on a walk with my wife, enjoy the outdoors, and get some fresh air. Then my phone said, “The Dallas Mavericks have now got the number one pick in the NBA draft.” Oh, it’s Cooper Flag season. I I I know. I know. Oh, Tuck. The NBA is rigged. You guys moved on from I do not want to hear nothing. Na. Nada. My teams have been through enough. I deserve just this little bit of excitement whether it’s regarding my Dallas Cowboys or my Dallas Mavericks. And I will not let any of y’all take that from me. Cooper flag season has just begun in Dallas and I’m extremely excited. But speaking of excited, you know, pretty much last year there wasn’t a lot of excitement going on in the air when it comes to the Dallas Cowboys. You had Troy Aman kind of speak out, my guy Dez Bryant kind of speak out and so many other former players were speaking out publicly saying, “Eh, this ain’t it.” You know, this is this is this ain’t it. You know what I’m saying? I’m not sure what Jerry’s doing, right? We’re talking about the situation of, you know, passing over Derrick Henry, you know, and then not bringing in any running backs and Mike McCarthy and this and that, not interviewing Coach Prime. There was not a lot of excitement last year when it came to the Dallas Cowboys. But I will say even though it’s only been a week or so, there has been a lot of excitement in a change of the tonality when it comes to former players. My guy Dez Bryan’s been excited. And today, my goat, like this is my goat. This is my quarterback. Some of you guys might be Romo guys. Some of you guys might be Starbucks guys. But when it comes to Gold Jay Tuck, I’m a Aman guy. Aman number eight. That is my dog. And Troy Aman, who really doesn’t speak high when it comes to Dallas Cowboys. He never holds any punches, was on Good Morning America. And this is what Troy Aman had to say. We got 10 seconds left. Who’s going to win the Super Bowl this year? Uh, I’m going to say Buffalo finally wins it. Oh. Josh, come on. Go with the cow. Hold on, Troy. Hold up. Cowboys. Cowboys. Cowboys. Hey, Cowboys. Cowboys. Hey, Troy. Hey, Troy. Now, I I I will I will I will say this. Yo, you know what I’m saying? I will say this. Maybe Troy is just having some fun on Good Morning America with Michael Strahan, right? But Troy, like I say, he normally don’t wear a lot of Kool-Aid, but to see Troy smiling and laughing and saying the Cowboys are going to win the another one of these to win to get another one of these since the last time we won one. Some of y’all ain’t even seen this. Y’all wasn’t around there with Slash and Cordell Stewart. Y’all wasn’t even around for this. You know what I’m saying? I’m old. I I was around for this, right? Barely, you know? So, some of y’all ain’t seen this. So Troy is saying, “Hey, maybe the Dallas Cowboys could get back and win a Super Bowl this year.” But it didn’t just stop with Troy. Like I said, he is my quarterback. I love eight with the big eight, you know what I’m saying? Star jerseys. That’s my dog. That’s my goat. But Tro Tony Romo also had some interesting things to say when it came to the Dallas Cowboys in acquiring George Pickkins. Let’s go ahead and get to it. All right, here’s Romo golfing as usual. You know what I’m saying? Well, that’s a big that’s a big trade. I mean, that’s that’s a big trade. That’s a big trade. That was a big trade. Some people still trying to poo poo on Cowboys getting pickings. That was a big trade. Having him and CD together is a game changer. And if you remember when they had Amari earlier and CD Lamb together, it makes it very difficult to focus on one player. When you have two, you know, kind of superstars out there and I feel like when you have two guys like that, it just opens up. Hold on. Let me go. We going to do a little film breakdown of Romo. You see that? That is a Romo. Romo is smiling from ear to ear of excitement knowing that you got George Pickickets and Ced. He’s thinking, “Damn, bro. Damn, if I had that we if I had that opposite of D.” Oh, we just opens up the offense quite a bit. So, I think the Cowboys did a great job this off season. Kudos to the Joneses and and uh what they did because they needed to make up ground on the rest of the division and they did extensively. Now you guys know kudos to the Joneses. Y’all know I’ve been very vocal when it comes to Jerry Jones and also Stephven Jones, but I would say they’ve done better, right? And I’m not a people who just want to bash on people for the sake of bashing, right? If you watch my live show before we got pickins, I was saying us as Cowboys fans, we shouldn’t have to ask for these things. We shouldn’t have to ask for a wide receiver, too. We shouldn’t have to ask for a running back last year. We shouldn’t have to ask for defensive tackle and a linebacker, right? It should just be a given and you should go out there and address it. Now, have the Cowboys always handle business that way? No. But I will say, are they learning from their ways? I don’t know. Right. But for them to go and bring in a player like George Pickkins, something’s kind of changed, right? Because that is not the Dallas Cowboys way. Now, there was talks that Baitman was the play from Baltimore. That would have kind of felt the the the the typical Cowboys route, right? You know, the safe approach, the separation, the windows guys, the route runner. like that would have been the safe Steven Jones play, but it didn’t go that way. And they went and got a dog and George Pickkins and everybody is excited, including your boy Jay Tuck and also a lot of former players. I’m I I don’t think he will mind. I don’t I don’t think he would mind. I give you I I don’t think he would mind, but I’ll let you guys know. You know what I’m saying? Hey. Hey, that’s just a snippet. I talked to Dez this morning. It’s back. Hey, that big Dallas tailgate, it’s coming back. He is so excited. And he’s not just going to do it in Dallas. He’s going to take it on the road. So, it feels good to kind of have that excitement back again when it comes to Dallas Cowboys football. Now, do I think that we are close to this? No. There’s still a lot of work to do. We need a left tackle, right? We need a defensive tackle, specifically a one tackle. Our corner is a little shaky, and me personally, I don’t like our linebacker room, but we’re moving back in the right direction of being competitive. But, let’s not rest on our laurels. Let’s not get fat and lazy and let’s not make the mistake that we always make and that is getting comfortable, man. So, it’s your boy Jay Tuck. Comment, like, subscribe.
