Tolbert is avg. it’s taken him 3 yrs to be of any significance on offense.

they are operating like an NFL team this offseason instead of like an unserious mom and pop. there is actual reason for optimism when you look at the offseason as a whole. have flaws for sure but they are objectively in a much better place than they were a few months ago. i also don't forget that dumpster fire found a way to win 7 games last year, which was a major over achievement in and of itself
