A few years ago when we were cruising to one of our Cups, we got together as a group and donated to the charity of the losing team.
I’m cross posting this link for Mark Schiefele as he does not have a charity but is actively involved in the Youth fund or something up in Winnipeg which helps kids get into hockey.
His dad unexpectedly died last night. Posting here for anyone who might be inclined to give to a Winnipeg charity on behalf of Mark.
RIP Mark’s Dad ~ Condolences to Mark, his family, and all who knew and loved his dad.
I hate hearing anyone losing their father. As a father and as someone who really appreciates his own father and everything he does. RIP. GO JETS!
