‘Extremely patronizing’: SF Giants’ attempt to woo A’s fans completely backfires

No A’s fan will ever be a G’aints fan. I rather be a fan of the Dodgers and Astros.
Did the Giants make another billion dollar ballclub not pay players, make renovations to the Coliseum or find a new relocation spot in Oakland, ultimately driving fans away?

Kinda wild to me that fans who left the A’s would join the team who is, in the very least, partially responsible for their departure. Extremely patronizing is putting it lightly
Fuck Fisher! Fuck the Giants! Fuck their ownership! Fuck the entire city of San Francisco! I will never root for a team from that city. Fuck the Niners, Giants and Warriors too!
If the Giants would have left for TB back in 1990, would all those Giants fans switch over to the A’s? Very few.

Was SJ the reason they left Oakland or not pay their players? No.
Why is it the Giants have to just give up their most valuable territory they’ve invested millions into to their geographical rival run by greedy owners and a fanbase that does nothing but talk shit? Because 30 years ago Haas saw no value in SJ and more in the potential to have the north bay to themselves?
Giants owner Larry Baer was a Berkeley graduate A’s fan who convinced Finley to let him do play by play for the team before becoming a marketing director for the Giants. And don’t act like these issues just started with Fisher, A’s have been stagnant for awhile. This is why the owners voted to move them, it was a toxic relationship that did nothing but continuously kick the can down the road for decades.
Giants did the As dirty. I’ll always have respect for y’all. My dad was a die hard As fan.

I’m genuinely curious if majority of Giants fans are even aware of their teams’ role in voting for the relocation of the A’s to Vegas, as well as the whole thing involving San Jose.
