  1. Fire the team. Trade the manager. Eat the farm. Sell the rich

  2. Thank god this cursed series is over. 3-2 so far without Correa and Buck is about the best we could hope.  Seems like it’s still a ways away until we’ll see this lineup at full strength. Until then, .500 ball is the goal.

Also, don’t let this stinker of a game 2 distract you from Clemens’ heroics in game 1.

  3. Our woes against the Gourds continue. Gotta go out and sweep the Royals next series.

  4. It was the tale of two games, despite it being mostly the same guys playing in both. Game 1, Ryan may not have had his best stuff, but he did what was necessary, and the hitters had solid ABs for the W. Game 2, Paddack wasn’t as sharp as in previous outings, but again he kept the team in it; outside of 1 inning though, the hitters didn’t have very good ABs and earned the L. Hopefully the hitters will have a look at the tape from today and come back Friday with some better ABs.

  5. With how banged up we are, I’m not going to complain about a 3-2 stretch. Win the series against KC and we’re in a good place.

  6. Plenty of factors leading to this result. An emotional walkoff win earlier in the day, poor weather limiting offense, key injuries resulting in a less-than-ideal lineup. Still sucks to lose in that way, and especially when it’s to Cleveland, but there’s really not much reason to look very deep into this loss.

  7. I’ll take a double header split any day of the week especially on a weather day like today
