If they let Lindgren walk and/or trade Manson, we could afford him. Just saying…

  1. Do you think he wants to come back? I mean, didn’t he leave in the first place because he wants to be a top pairing D man? Likely won’t happen here.

  2. We should just bring back as many old Avs as possible. Byram, Kerfoot, Newhook🤞

  3. I don’t think we could afford him or make him work in the lineup. He deserves to go to a middling market and make a name for himself, not just be “the other, other guy” to our top line.

  4. Honestly, I don’t want him. He’s a good D man but he’s injured way too much. Not worth it in my opinion

  5. Even if we could afford him, he’s only available as a trade . And we can’t spare any more assets(picks) for trade

  6. I’d love to take Bo back, but he really deserves more limelight. Hopefully he gets to a team where he’s a great fit, but I don’t think that’s here. Unless we get rid of Manson or even, God forbid, my beloved Condor.

  7. another young potential star mcf gave up for a 2nd line center that didn’t work out at all

  8. Bums me out a lot it didn’t work out there for him actually. I really like the dude and he was super good on the Avs.

  9. I’d love to have Byram back, but I don’t think the back end is where they need help

  10. Should have never traded the kid unless it was for genuine 2C. Not just a we will see-2C

  11. That trade never made sense for Buffalo. They already had two #1 picks, Dahlin and Power, at LD. Adding another top 4 LHD meant that either Bo had to play on his off side, hindering his effectiveness, or play on the bottom pair, which is a waste of his potential.

It’s another example of Buffalo’s inability to plan long term for what kind of team they want. They just pull together a group of talented players and say “I dunno, figure out”.

  12. Hmm I’m not opposed to it. Just needs to watch the penalties. Probably switch him out for Manson…maaaaaaaaybe Malinski but I like him too much.
