  1. The home/road performance disparity is insane, and the number one driver of home court advantage is officiating.

  2. This is what the Knicks needed to do in Game 2.

Now, the challenge for MIN is to keep this intensity for game 4, hoping the officiating remains similar, and being ready to adjust to OKC’s adjustments and/or a different whistle.

  3. That was a beautiful watch. I’m going to thoroughly enjoy the rest of my night.

OKC is gonna be back with a vengeance in Game 4, though. We gotta be back with this same energy

  4. This will get spun as “lol, FTA can’t do anything with a soft whistle” but realistically the free throws OKC have hit today aren’t super far off the rest of the series. Yeah some more shit will get called/not called each way but thats just home court vs away. The biggest thing is that the Wolves have been locked in from 3 today which they struggled with so far the rest of the series. If Wolves continue to hit ~50% with the volume they shoot 3’s then OKC is in trouble.

  5. Shannon could have went 10 positions higher in the draft if he didn’t mention Westbrook was his idol in the interviews

  6. Glad the wolves blew out the thunder. Hopefully gives them the confidence for the next games

  7. This reminded me how the Eagles fucking blew out the Cheifs in the super bowl cuz they didn’t get their normal bullshit calls 🤣

  8. The most arrogant and confident fanbase going into the conference finals were the Knicks fans and they are literally the only team left who has zero chance of winning the title

  9. After game interview when asked about todays strategy:

“Putting the ball in the basket gets us more points so we did our best to score. When we missed, we didn’t get points so we tried to minimize that. At the end of the game, the team with the most points wins so we wanted to score more points.”

    Mind blown 🤯

  10. Officiating was amazing tonight. That’s how playoff games should be called.

  11. That commercial with the car of guys singing Maroon 5 is unironcly the PERFECT commercial for this WCF

  12. Well we know SGA ain’t Jordan. 14 points in the playoffs in a 42 point loss. Lmao embarrassing

  13. Despite the rumors to the contrary, I am happy to confirm that Wolves Back.

  14. Joe Ingles the only one of the 30 players on both rosters to not play

  15. Makes you wonder if the Nuggets would’ve advanced if Dort and Caruso were officiated like tonights game.

  16. I lost 12k on Thunder,  period by period, hoping would win at least one period…

  17. Interesting how the wolves controlled the game when the refs called it neutral. Okc is fake

  18. 2 more games for OKC is still within reality especially the next game being at home. Refs have been ruling the game. Dirty defense has won them so many games by exploiting the rule book. They’ll still get away with it in the next 4x

  19. ANT had more points and rebounds in the first quarter then SGA had in the game.

  20. Dude the Nuggets could have won that series easy if the officiating was how it was tonight

  21. A stolen team relying on biased refs to win suddenly didn’t get the calls they wanted? Poetic

  22. Regardless of how the rest of this series plays out, this was a statement game. The Timberwolves belong in the conference finals and are one of the 4 best teams in the league for the 2nd straight year.

I fully expected this to be the result, but in reverse. But just like the two previous series, when we play our game at the highest level, we can blow anyone out. Love to see it.

  23. I’m not much of a conspiracy theorist, but so far my theory is correct. The refs will shift in the direction that extends the series. I was expecting them to let us play tonight and they did. We didn’t get any flop calls for SGA and the Thunder tonight.

Last year against the Nuggets, the refs were wildly inconsistent from game to game. Felt like they were calling everything or nothing based on what would extend the series.
