  1. I’m ngl I’m just happy we made it semi close, not a good game all around but they certainly tried with those last few innings. We go next against singer

  2. Always gotta try to be the hero and hit a home run and not just try to get something in the outfield…not surprised in the slightest

  3. If I were Massey I would have just hit a three run home run instead of flying out.

  4. Vinnie’s baserunning continues to get into the head of the pitcher. I think that’s the 3rd advance he has gotten in about a week on balks.

  5. Some positives: We didn’t ENTIRELY lay down and die. Team still has some issues, especially with going 3 up 3 down way too much but the rally in the 7th and the ALMOST rally in the 9th showed we can still fight back, just have some issues to iron out.

Think Massey needs a trip to Omaha. His glove is good but moments like those show we need a bat far more.

  6. We made it exciting there in the last few innings, but that doesn’t erase the fact that this offense is junk. Lorenzen had a really rough one and the bats didn’t pick him up. Bullpen kept us in it to a point, just too many wasted plate appearances in the first half of the game. Rave had a really nice bunt and almost got a hit out of it, and drew the walk in the 9th, so that was nice

  7. Vinnie and Salvy are starting to hit, so I think we’ve got better days to look forward to. Once Bobby breaks out of his slump I think the team should do pretty well.

  8. It’s crazy we wanted Renfroe gone so bad while Massey was quietly becoming the worst hitter in baseball. They both shoulda been gone same day.

  9. Well, pinch hitting for Loftin and then letting Massey bat was… a decision.

  10. Well that sucked. That was a rough outing from Lorenzen. On to the next game. Go Royals.

  11. Pasquatch 3 hits Salvy getting better. Relief pitchers 1 run in 4 innings. Lorenzan a bad outing.
