A report courtesy of Rob Muro where he expressed that the New Orleans Pelicans are shopping everybody on their team including Trey Murphy. Why is that important? Because New Orleans owns Milwaukey’s picks. So Milwaukee is definitely going to if they want to bottom out and trade Giannis, they definitely want to tank and get their own picks back. The Pistons are in position to do what Cleveland did just a few years ago when James Harden was traded from Houston to Brooklyn. What happened? The Rockets needed another team to make the trade work. So, the Cavs operated as a third team with Brooklyn and they ended up getting Jared Allen, all-star Jared Allen for just a protected first round pick. Look for the Pistons to try to do something like that. If they can get a swingman, Trey Murphy, who shoots threes, who had multiple 40point games last season, that would be a huge, huge addition for the Pistons.
