Gotta feel for boobs
I’ve seen enough of this shit, call up Jac and inject some life into this team
This team does everything in their power to lose games and lose series. Whereas last year’s team was a team of winners, this years lineup is a bunch of losers
That has to be it for Massey…right? Especially with the off day tomorrow. The dude has a 27 wRC+.
it was only 84 degrees today, gonna need for the temps to warm up before the Royals flyball-centered offense can ignite

Pitiful.
So Bubic gets an L because we can’t even get one run on the board. Ouch…
Fucking pathetic. Wasting another absolute gem by Bubic. Why does Massey continue to get major league ABs? One of the worst hitters in the entire league.
Send Massey packing
Chasing their starter in the fifth and not scoring all game is fucking pathetic
Worst OPS hitter in the league for our last chance
Send Massey to Omaha please he’s not a big league player anymore
This team may not even go .500 let alone make the playoffs.
JJ needs to either make changes to this roster now or justify his existence. He blew the offseason and we’re fielding a AA batting order as a result.
This game shows why sometimes win/loss record for pitchers is so annoying, because Bubic was definitely not the “loser” today, you pitch 7 strong like he did, he should be getting more than 0 run support
Cmon Bubic you suck. You have to throw 20 innings scoreless next time for us to have a chance
Well that wasn’t ideal, off day tmr to hopefully readjust. Can’t wait to see Jac in this lineup, we go next
Well at least we held out own with the Tigers….
Thinking positively

The offense is pathetic and is walking into a blender for the next series.

This lineup is PATHETIC! Multiple guys need sent down or DFA’d, also shitcan Zumwalt. I’d rather lose with all guys from Omaha than this pile of crap
Finally a day where Salvy doesn’t just hit it right at the defense and it doesn’t matter. We have to chill on the Salvy hate, I’m guilty of it too. He’s hitting the ball well, per an earlier post, but just getting incredibly unlucky. Cags is going to have to get the call. We need him hitting third and get things going. The longer they wait the bigger hole we have to climb out of. Also, Massy, you got to go.
There has never been a more boring team to watch than the 2025 Kansas City Royals
So this is what it feels like being on the bad end of a 1 run shutout. It’s not exactly my thing but more power to the teams and fans that are into it I guess.
the 2nd lowest HR/FB% in the majors is 8%
the Royals have HRs on 5% of their flyballs while having one of the highest FB%s in baseball
the approach is the problem
You really gotta wonder wtf is going on in the clubhouse with this shit show we’ve seen the past few weeks
I would rather see lorenzen bat than Massey.
You would look at this score line and think it’s was Bubic vs Skubal today… seriously I’m over the “let cags develop” we need a hitter to be excited about. No one we are currently watching besides Garcia is fun to watch. Even Bobby has been in a bit of a slump for his superstar standards lately.
I want my Sunday afternoon back…
I’m a little frustrated that Rave, Loftin, and Massey were up in the 9th and we didn’t pinch hit. Was Maikel just not available? Canha? Anyone else?
Massey is a bottom-10 hitter in the league and in a one-run game, we let him groundout to the mound.
Frustrating.
Went to the game today.
Still in shock we lost this because of a passed ball Salvy just didn’t think was worth chasing? Wtf was that all about?
Also crazy how lifeless the crowd was, but when the team is this boring to watch I guess it’s to be expected.
At long last, I have run out of patience.
Fire Zumwalt. Clean house with every hitting coach at the MLB level. And I don’t give a fuck if the Storm Chasers still have a week to go with their homestand. Florida Man has nothing more to prove at Triple-A.
Call up Jac Caglianone.
NOW.
Q confuses me
I’m tired, boss
Call up Jac
Zumwalt has got to go. I don’t even think it’ll change anything, but you have to do something.
I don’t want to keep piling on the guy cuz I do feel bad for him, but I don’t see how you can keep sending Massey out there. Guy is just not putting productive PAs together. Send him to Omaha for a bit to get his head on straight and see what Cam Devanney can do at 2nd. Or hell idk maybe it is time to bring up Jac and let India play 2nd full time
Really left Garcia on the bench in the 9th? What a joke
It’s obviously premature, but they need to call him up now. People are gonna stop showing up to the games with this snooze fest of an offense
Calling this offense an offense is an offense to every offense.
Brutal. Unwatchable.
Can confidently say that you can’t win games with 0 runs. Get it together, offense.
Clean house with the hitting staff why has all but 1-3 guys regressed so much im sure their good people just not cut out for their current jobs
That was a pathetic performance from our offense; they are painfully to watch. It so frustrating because offense is holding back our elite pitching. We are 60 games in, get it together offense. Go Royals.
Also I feel like we need some personality man we are dull as rocks
for the record, the 2025 Royals have one of the highest FB%s of any team since 2002, and the lowest % of flyballs turning into HRs of any team since 2002 by over 1%
