Was looking at the ‘25 uniform database and this jumped out at me. Why is Phillips listed as wearing 0 if it’s not able to be worn in the NHL or AHL?

Phillips wasn’t given a number at the NHL level so I assume the automatic database displays that as 0. He wears 3 for the Moose
