My favorite game last year was when they blocked the Denver Bronc Hoe's game winning Field goal. The entertainment value of watching that team get overcome with shock was epic.
Love you guys giving us your opinions on the Chiefs! So many great wins… like our three recent Super Bowl wins.
I mean he did play just 6 games. But great work
Ever play chess with a REALLY good player, like Grand Master level? They don't slaughter you in general like you'd think and have twelve men to your two at the end. Mostly, they get up A piece (non-pawn), then trade all pieces until they get to the endgame, and now that one piece advantage is HUGE and they make very short work of you.
The problem is that because you were trading pieces, the game LOOKS way closer that it was. You lost as soon as he got up a piece, and he likely just enjoys the endgame way more than the rest of it.
And here we have Andy Reid doing the same with football. The games are close, yes, and they likely will continue to be. But the outcomes are decided before a lot of endings. Not Reid's style to run up a score, and there have been a bunch of games where the Chiefs have kneeled in scoring position to end it (looks like a one-score game in the box, but in reality not always that close).
Andy is a football chess Grandmaster.
I look forward to your videos. Excellent content. I think it is funny how espn and others were saying it was character issues and not that caused him to fall. Trying to justify how teams blew it by passing on him
