Yeah, he pretty much captured the whole thing. And we called every single piece of it before it happened. But LOL about the “Vivek, sell the team” video. Vivek may be a dumbass (of the “I’m the smartest guy in the room” variety), but at least he keeps *trying* to improve the Kings. He can’t get out of his own way, and he tries in the worst ways, but the intent is there. We’ve been dealing with an owner that does not want to win, and who hates his own fans.
I can’t help but think this is how Sac loses their own teams. Vivek is the brokest owner in the business, and he sunk everything into the A’s. If he’s forced to sell, and coerced by his own fans that he’s tried to appease all these years, he’s not selling to some other Sacramento magnate. Those really don’t exist. When you tell the one broke-ass guy who put it all on the line for Sac to sell his team, he’s selling to Las fucking Vegas. This whole time Sac fans kept acting like maybe they’ll steal the A’s from Vegas, but in the end they’ll probably lose everything to that stupid town.
