Dude’s been the definition of clutch despite not being very well-liked. If Florida repeats this year, it’ll be in large part due to them signing Marchand.

Marchand 100% is gonna be HOF.
First ballot. He may not be the most skilled (though obviously he’s still really really good) but nobody has earned the HOF more than him right now.
His two way game is also heavily underrated and it helps he was mentored by Bergeron for a while. Insanely good on the puck battle and the forecheck, and has the ability to score when the team needs it most.

This is one of the most no-brainer picks for the HoF in the last 15 years. Its a lock. He could have retired last year and still gotten in.

Marchand is a buzz saw and plays right at the edge, all of the time. He simply does not quit and will do anything to win and always delivers whenever the chips are down.
He has acknowledged in several interviews that he knows that he dances along the edge of legality and has taken his lumps when due.
He is the type of player that wins championships; we all hate him … except when he is on our team.

Fuck Brad Marchand ……. But I’d love to see him in copper and blue. He’s great at his role and has enough backbone to follow through. His talent and work ethic ethic are an asset every team needs to make a solid run for the Cup.

After this year’s playoffs the stats continue to grow. I would expect him to get in the hall at sone point.
He’s been clutch so far in this years playoffs . With the panthers, he’s thriving but they have him in a perfect role as a third liner. No pressure to be a leader and just play hard.
