It appears that Josh Hart tried to defend (jump) away from the body while Hardaway leaned his shoulder to the right to initiate contact away from his natural shooting motion which would’ve been a straight up and down or fadeaway to the left. So a close call but definitely not clear evidence to overturn the call.
