I am ignoring Bobby Witt and voting Netto. Tied for 2nd place and 2.5 games out of a wild card. I can believe if Stephenson returns in good form and Moncada comes back with some offense and Soler perks up.
The rotation is good enough now that our offense is mostly back to life. We are missing better hitting from Rengifo and Trout and Soler.
But I have confidence in Trout and Soler will make good come backs
So count me in on an over 500 season or close
It takes time for Adell to adjust. It was awesome to see him time both plays on the wall even though one went over (good practice). The ball finds you!
Neto's a worthy All Star selection based on his credentials alone (2.6 hWAR), but the fact that no other Halo is a likely pick makes it a certainty.
Jon have another one for ya….I was watching the A's broadcast and they put a stat up that said it was the 17th time this season the A's have up 5+ runs in an inning. Who are the league leaders in 5+ run inning for/against. And does that translate into who is pretending and who is a real contender
Angels pitching is on fire right now, Mike I told you we needed to let go of Jose Suarez even though you said he was an ACE lol.
Also he threw the curve to start Butler. He fucked like it would hit him it was so good and just flopped into the zone
IF you look at the 7 other teams in contention for the 3 wild card spots, most, if not all, seem to have more talent than the Halos. And, over a 162 game season, talent usually prevails.
