I’m so happy we traded for Lamont Wade Jr, a player whose batting average is 50 points lower than Luis Rengifo’s. 0-4, 4 Ks, awesome. #AngelsBaseball!!!
Well at least Adell continues to stay hot with 2 hits and a stolen base. Strickland been nails too.
honestly, what a weird fucking game. between the long rain delays, the ump hosing us on some of those K calls, hard hit balls directly at players, and only hitting singles….idk. just a weird fucking game
we didn’t even play that badly haha. pitching did just fine. 2 solo shots? that’s nothin. just an unlucky friday the 13th i guess
Umps were trash, offense was trash & Apple TV was super trash
not much to say when the team puts up 15k and 1bb
How many fastballs over the middle of the plate did midnight Lamont miss? I counted at least 6
Yeah, let’s not put Wade Jr in there again and DA to AAA or something.
Yeah just flush this one down the toilet, maybe don’t strikeout 15 times tomorrow?
We continue to lead the league in strikeouts
LaMonte Wade Jr. is a horrible pickup
Apparently Taylor Ward needed an off day after an off day
And 8 hits yet zero runs scored
Nice move sending Lugo down and trading for the GOLDEN SOMBRERO.
He fits in nicely.
Not to be overly dramatic, but we may never win again.
Frustrating game for a lot of reasons, but this feels like one of those “Hey, that’s baseball” games.
I’m mostly hoping the Angels break their habit of completely factory resetting after an off day. Feels like their momentum completely halts if they have to travel.
We got shut out by a 41 year old that has been getting beat recently
The kinda game you completely erase from your memory the second it ends lol. Friday the 13th vibes fs. Just a weird, gross, sad game
The Angels just climbed over the Red Sox & Rockies with those 15 Ks for the #1 spot. Congrats.
Wade really had a stellar debut with the Angels!!
Didn’t the angels lose basically every game on apple tv last season? It’s just a curse.
