there were a lot of weird moments in last night’s game I don’t know if you remember this because it feels like so long ago I’m just kidding But Anthony Vulpi trying to steal third base with nobody out leading off extra innings while he’s on second DJ Lameu’s ball here that hit the line but wasn’t reversed by the replay review booth But that was yesterday Let’s talk about tonight’s game The Yankees go down 4 nothing here in the seventh inning And Paul Goldman hits a fly ball that looks like it goes foul around the pesky pole But guess what We have to go back to the replay booth and we get that same call as last night However this ball was just foul and the Yankees do end up scoring here RBI single by Dominguez RBI single by Austin Wells and then with two outs first and second Jason Dominguez on second base And he must have thought it was strike three or something because his ass got caught completely sleeping here First I thought maybe it was a delayed steal but no If you watch it right here he just lost track of the count because it really does look like he thought that was strike three to Trent Gisham And yes this is bonehead baseball from the Yankees Jason Dominguez completely lost track of everything out there But at the same time the Boston Red Sox have played extremely well and take another game from the Yankees So credit to the Red Sox for playing as well as they are right now [Music]

  10. You are right ,Grunt. The Martian was asleep. However, I mean he was just following in his manager's footsteps who has been asleep for 8 years running. Remember when Boone scared everyone in the 2024 WS when he and the entire team went comatose in game five, 5th inning, so when the WS ended Hal gave him a 3 year extension to wake him and the team up. It didn't take I guess.

  11. The Yankees under Aaron Boone have always been undisciplined and displayed very poor fundamentals, there has been very little improvement on that front in 2025.
