At his current average of 28.3, he is the fastest DH in baseball, ahead of Shohei at 28.0

If he returns to form and averages 29.5+ again, he would be right on the edge of still being the 10th fastest player in baseball.

  1. It was rad to see him hustle to first like that after he hurt his knee the same way!

  2. I’d almost rather he run @ 90% and take the out. Reducing injury risk to keep him in the lineup is worth a few points of batting average imo.

    Cool to see the fish can still fly when he needs to, just hate to see him risking it like that.

  4. I’ve noticed Trout isn’t over lunging for the base anymore, which is why I think he kept getting hurt.
