We Flew to Seattle to go to a Kraken Game | 4 in 4 Episode 3

[Applause] what is up you guys and welcome to Seattle tonight we are going to the Seattle Kraken versus Edmonton Oilers hockey game we have never been to a game here in seatt and this is night three of four of doing four NHL Arenas in four nights here’s what this trip has been so far if you haven’t been following along we left Atlanta a few days ago and flew to Denver where we went to a Colorado Avalanche versus Buffalo Sabers game the next night we traveled to vanc where we went to a Vancouver versus Nashville game and tonight we’re here in Seattle to watch the Oilers and Kraken play against each other even though this is a new franchise in the NHL they already have these Traditions that are beginning and so I’m so excited to check out what the Seattle Traditions are and what a game is like here in Seattle a little bit later in this video we’re going to take you inside and show you everything about the Seattle Kraken experience you can expect things like this later on [Applause] but for right now I want to throw it back to last night as soon as the Vancouver Nashville game Ended as we’re leaving Rogers Arena so you can follow along on this 4 NHL arena and four nights Journey so we’ll pick up there we’ll see you here at climate pledge arena in a few minutes and we’re back the national predators just beats Vancouver conduction in Vancouver tomorrow we’re heading to Seattle to watch the cracking Oilers let’s head back to the hotel good morning we’re back we’re making our morning stop at Tim Horton with sudden Bloom wow we’ve got the city behind us you’ve got the water ahead didn’t even know noce all this new life from way up all right we’re finishing up pcking up our stuff here in Vancouver and now let’s head to the car and drive to Seattle and check out that gorgeous City see you later Vancouver coffee wind and po [Music] and you are on my [Music] mind little slip of paper edges start to [Music] tear and look at this Montreal track right here this is cool and we’re staying at the High house so we’ll go drop our stuff in here hopefully our room’s ready Che all right we just got to the the room uh here’s a quick swing around if you want a full detail of this hotel that we’re staying at we’re going to post that on our Travel Channel um once that video is up I’ll post it the link in the description but I’ll show you this real quick where this what this room faces yo this is cool and then You’ got the rank right here so like literally we’ll be able to just walk over tonight it’s now time to head to Pik Place Market and find some food coffee wind and P and you are on my mind you are on my mind lots of Kraken fan down in here this is the hockey fans going to Pipe Place Market before the game it’s crazy [Music] [Music] wind here’s the original Starbucks as you can see quite the line to get in but that’s that’s pretty cool right there now it’s time for some Cor wae uh we’re just kind of looked at what has good Google reviews and that’s where we’re going cuz we don’t know any Seattle locals so comment down below and roast us if we chose the wrong place we are still sitting here we’ve been here a while just sitting here sipping and enjoying our coffee we’re now about to go back to the hotel kind of get ourselves ready to go to the game Let’s head back okay we’re back at the hotel we walked up to we have like a a rooftop area that’s really cool if you haven’t checked out the video of this hotel you totally should like I said I’ll link it description look at this there’s climate pledge Arena we’re about to head there and just a few minutes for the game but this is a really cool view cuz you can kind of see the water and everything out there but that’s really awesome we are game Bound cha cha choo choo ch ch Cho that was weird I’m so sorry it is so iconic that on this walk to this game you get to walk past the Space Needle that’s amazing Serena’s kind of cool because it’s kind of surrounded by like a bunch of art I know you probably can’t tell on this in the dark video but like just a very artsy area which is really neat this is a nice little area right outside of climate pledge Arena kind of love it kind of love it this looks awesome this is very cool Vibe right here I think that this is one of the coolest looking Arenas I’ve seen just in the way that it it kind it’s so modern looking uh even though it’s like an older building but they renovated it entirely and the glass looks great all right we’re headed in I love how like visible this all is I’m I’m very curi curious to see what this arena is like once we get inside it looks really cool it’s interesting to me that at like almost a brand new Arena they have these older security machines so you have to actually take stuff out of your pocket I would have expected them to have the new ones I love these screens right here those are incredible oh Ellie tolin and we miss you in Nashville buddy we miss you in Nashville so we are section 20 so we’re downstairs I love this Alaska Airlines thing that’s cool but yeah we can head down this escalator uh and we might come up back up here later and explore but uh for right now we’re going to head downstairs we check check out our our seats first and then we’ll come explore okay first thoughts this is so open and so nice so you do have the team store right there we’ll have to go in there eventually oh wow their colors are so good they call this the lair the Seattle Kraken teen store that is excellent they’re doing it right here in Seattle I can already tell you that wo they have Mr Softy here too they had that in Colorado and yeah this is cool the climate pledge this is like what they do this is their Arena this is like very neat I love it this is really cool they have a history of hockey in Seattle right here that is something that every team needs to do is give a history of the sport in their City it makes it mean more to the fans that is cool also this Concourse brings me so much happiness it makes me feel like I’m in nature this is amazing amazing I love how this club area uh feels like Pike Place Market we’re just able to stick our head in but like that’s super cool I don’t know if you can tell that from from this angle but that’s really neat was just saying the food all looks really really good that’s great so here we are section 20 um we’re in 20 so let’s let’s hop in and see what it looks like so I bought Rosie and I didn’t realize that there’s going to be an overhang where we weren’t going to be able to see the whole Bowl so that’s a little bit of a bummer we’ll see the ice not the whole Bowl so unfortunately in these seats we can’t see like the scoreboards so you can see this right here so I definitely would think about that and maybe buy a few rows down if I would have known that I maybe would have spin a little bit extra to get that but they do have TVs up here for the scoreboard so that’s nice but you definitely definitely miss kind of getting the full Stadium experience when you’re up here so we’ll walk down a few rows and kind of check out a little bit more what the bowl looks like now outside of not being able to see the whole Bowl incredible view of the Ice uh perfect angle like all right here’s the full Bowl here you can see a little bit more the sides go up higher than I kind of I guess realized they would U but I bet those are great seats up there we might have to walk up there and check that out the incaps are actually windows that they close curtains to which is interesting and then of course they have the Dual scoreboard setup which is one of my favorite things in the league I bet like a front row of the supper Bowl on the end would just be one of the best seats in the House same with like that third tier there really nice this is beautiful one of the prettiest Arenas I’ve ever seen they have so many good food options here I would say that like so Nashville is our our hometown right we go to a lot of Nashville games this gives me a lot more Nashville Vibes than it does like the last two games for like Colorado Vancouver like this is much more of a Nashville feel in The Concourse do you agree with that yeah probably um this is more modern yes and then you have this side which is all about like renewable energy and stuff like that so that’s pretty cool overall um all these screens which is is really neat and each end uh like each side you have these Club areas which I imagine are pretty nice like when you get those seats and you get kind of access to that club section uh it’s got to be a this oh my goodness Seattle you’re doing food right we haven’t even tasted it but just like having these options that’s not even that like no that’s not that’s not a bad price at all like that’s cheaper than what we got Burgers and Fries for in Florida a few years ago as we go upstairs I don’t even know if I mentioned like you get to watch Conor McDavid tonight so this is like a double whammy of Joy so what I love is that everyone’s entering here everyone enters in the up bowl and then if you are in the lower bowl you go downstairs so it’s like the opposite of most Arenas where like upper bowl has to go upstairs and I think that this is going to be really a better setup so we’ll head into the bowl in just a second what it indirectly does is it makes this feel like the lower bowl Concourse and then the lower ball Concourse feels like another lower balll Concourse which is awesome a Starbucks Market wo all right that is cool right there look at that that is awesome see that’s just stuff like that is just what makes an arena great all right so we are in like one of the middle sections oh look the windows are still open that’s very cool and this is like upper bowl kind of this is amazing these seats are incredible oh it’s a stage as we get to the halfway point there drums and stuff like that we’re not going to be able to see that our seats so they have this little like area right here with seat numbers these seats are really comfortable this would be an amazing seat for a hockey game also I love the Dual scoreboard love it it looks great all right as we do I have to show you guys what it’s like to sit top row so let’s head up to the top and show you what it’s like for the top row all right now we climb the stairs here we go all right here’s top row if you notice something immediately you have like this thing in the way and this looks like it is sweet or press boxes or something like that that is interesting uh they do have the TVs here because there’s not a scoreboard View at all so if you want to see like the scoreboard at all don’t sit in the seats where we are and also don’t sit in the top of the upper bowl that’s very interesting I think this is Media I think probably wouldn’t choose to sit top row here at climate pledge Arena if I really wanted to be invested in the crowd ready for a fun fact we were actually at Seattle’s first ever Victory ever in the franchise history it was in Nashville um we actually vlogged that game I’ll link that one in the description below cuz uh that was that was a historic moment in this team’s history Aquafina water I love how these are just vending machines you just get one if you want it it’s a great setup you’ve got Pepsi products that’s big Dr Peppers you’re Dr Pepper girly like ailia and of course if you’re club like level you have that middle section but we cannot get in I I don’t think we could get in there yeah they definitely have live music and it started now so that’s cool as we’re walking past by this we’re realizing these are real plants this is very cool no yeah so don’t touch or eat the plants that’s crazy all right so this is kind of a lame first thing to try but with all the other food options that we are definitely going to try later we’re starting out with the pretzel this is like the only Arena where we’ve really gotten food on this trip we’re looking at this pizza here because it’s hand made they have the dough there’s like the sauce and stuff up there this smells so good once again if we could transfer the smell through your device that would be outstanding I believe that Amazon started here right in Seattle yeah cuz all of these things are so cool cuz they’re run by Amazon oh you can do like the you don’t have to like interact with the person you just check out and it like that’s amazing what a setup that’s super cool all right so we’re waiting on warmups here see the Oilers fans over there that means that the Oilers are going to warm up over there they’re cracking to warm up right here but that also is exciting for a casual Observer because it means that there is a McDavid attack twice down here that’s what we love and dry cidal I’m excited for that [Music] PR pretty good like ferina thing that was on the rotating thing probably the best but yeah you can taste it soft these seats over here look like really nice high-end seats like you can see the seat size difference from the seats below that looks amazing something they just did because it’s Amazon they were just like hey Alexa play the kraak and warm-up on playlist on Amazon music and she said playing the Kraken warm-up it was cool [Applause] [Music] there are the full lights there we go love it here come the boilers hey Leon crazy than there he is Conor McDavid Legend right there oh it’s going to be fun to watch tonight something I love about these seats is that the cup holders actually like fold up so if you don’t want to be like squeezed into your seat you can just throw that cup holder up or like I’m going to have this S as the divider there but like we won’t put ours here because we’ll just sit next to each other it’s more comfortable the ice looks so good here and the sound system is real good real good all righty we are next thing is intros and game times this should be good through the kraken app they do like a light show I’ll be curious to see how that looks tonight it’s cool to see the broadcasters in person that you see all the time on TV so that’s pretty awesome W we’re just getting rolling and the light show is already kind of working I don’t know if you can tell let’s see if I can get the lighting to show it that’s really neat ailia downloaded it [Music] whoa oh you can video through it too that’s awesome that is super neat welcome it’s GI data on there that’s cool Kraken crew we need all hands on deck together we must summon the [Music] creature there are flags hanging in the middle right now it’s time to defend the Deep [Applause] [Music] W [Music] oh that is a Seattle track that is it’s time to release wow [Music] Ken everybody on your welome to your [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] this is one of the best pre-shows I’ve ever seen for a game unbelievable so good starting on defense number 24 Jamie ohia [Music] [Applause] number 62 Grand like that’s that’s outstanding I it’s in the crowd like that that looks super neat and of course you have O Canada and the star tangle Banner tonight number 31 [Music] Oh Canada our home and native land or the land of the free and the home of [Applause] [Music] the this all [Music] y’ this is awesome I love everything about what we’re seeing here so far this is so cool that was the best like before game thing I think I’ve seen a regular season ever like that was outstanding and here we are night three opening face off and just like that the Oilers have a one- nothing lead uh tridle with a silky silky pass and he already has one point in this game whenever I’m in the building tridal goes crazy so I’m sorry traction fans I feel like I see fivepoint Nights from drle every time I see him play there he is Conor McDavid mcav [Music] yes oh man Conor McDavid stuck by grow wow that was mck Davis Big save there that was a gorgeous goal and we’re less than six minutes in and there is a two nothing lead for the Oilers oh boy look at that 5 to one in shots this has been an Annihilation I’d like to see a good game tday already like what this to nothing being EV but the crowd here is so into it it’s just an impressive place so far if anyone had any doubt if Seattle is going to be a hockey Market they are proved wrong quickly gorgeous the wacky arm I feel like this is not capturing appropriately how crazy this [Music] looks repat I think is this right I think so down two they say Get Loud Let’s see how it goes [Music] all right first period is over Edmonton leads to nothing we’re going shopping let’s go all right heading into the lir all this oh man this is the first store where I’ve actually been tempted to like get something I mean this just stuff is so good it’s so good Nashville make merch that’s good please I would literally wear this every day of my life or like a shirt like this almost every day I might I what is this something like this cost $45 for a what feels like a pretty high quality t-shirt that’s like super casual and cool I mean yeah stuff like this every team needs stuff like that that’s the bomb these are really cool and I think that they make the atmosphere in Arena awesome I love that that that’s fun I would never buy it but for the kids yeah this is Lulu Lemon and oh my goodness that is nice that looks so good I wonder what this cost let’s look 125 but it’s Lulu ailia what’ you find oh that is cool I know I just found it it’s amazing I found one that I love it’s $120 how yeah it’s so nice all right it’s the piece of merch I’m buying only thing I Vibe on this trip besides a puck is this shirt probably and I think I’ll wear it literally once a week trying on the Kraken sweatshirt to see if it’s calling her name whoa does that look cute I think so yeah NHL teams learn your lesson you have a super long line in your store and you sell a ton of stuff if you have good stuff and good colors to be fair gold tough color all right purchased we have the mercher it’s all right it’s more if they pull him again right here we go dry sdle can get a hattrick with an empty net here all right right game over Oiler fans rise their feet to celebrate and that’ll do it Oilers get the DB cracking thought hard but aren’t able to do it frustration sentence just like that the game here in Seattle has ended and we got to experience this honestly really cool atmosphere this quickly became one of my personal favorite buildings in all the NHL it feels modern it feels clean it feels nice the seats were comfortable it was just a really good place to sit and enjoy a hockey game and sure it didn’t go their way on the ice tonight but I thought that there were a lot of things that just fan base did that was really cool a milia noted earlier in the game that like everything in here just feels so well done and truly you have to get to this C Kraken game off team this is an incredible experience to come to a game here in Seattle so if you’ve never been to a game here in Seattle you need to put it on your bucket list because it is absolutely a musty must experien Arena that was our third of four Arenas that we’re going to on this four Arenas and four night trip so tomorrow night we’re going to be
