it on my on my videos And listen man I’ve been accused of being you’re a pessimistic Giants fan bad dog You always say bad things about the Giants No I’m fair about the Giants I’m fair Okay that’s what I am The team when you’re winning between three and six games a year for the better part of a decade Uh not much good to talk about I’m a fan I’m not a cheerleader I don’t come out here and wait the pompoms and think everything’s hunky dory singing kumbaya when we’re going four and 13 and three and 14 That ain’t the way I roll When the quarterback sucks and players getting hurt when players aren’t playing well when coaches aren’t coaching well I’m going to let you know However I don’t just look for a reason to gripe and [ __ ] and moan We’re in June and I think that I’ve been pretty optimistic at least hopeful that the Giants’s going to be better But I’ve seen this crap all the time And there are some people I swear to God they’re not happy unless they’re complaining about something It’s like it’s their whole existence If they’re not going to complain about this they’re going to complain about that And I’ve seen so many times now I’m like “The Giants drafted the wrong guy Jackson Dart sucks Jackson Dart’s having terrible OTAAS They should have drafted Shador Sanders.” Shor Sanders they weren’t going to take Shor Sanders Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah Shut up Like I I I’ve had it like I can’t take much more of it I don’t understand It’s OTAAS and now it’s mini camp And he actually had a very good mini camp today By the way Brian Dable is very happy with the way Jackson Dart has performed He’s a rookie Okay He’s not going to start He’s not week one starter God forbid unless something happens to both Jamus and Jackson Dart And I understand Jackson Darden is getting a lot of reps to the second team And he may go into the year as quarterback too I still don’t think that’s going to happen but we’ll wait and see Training camp tell us a lot It’s OTAAS man If Jackson Dart was perfect these same people that are complaining that Jackson Dart is is is throwing the ball like crap or ain’t looking good or he’s had uneven practices These same people if Jackson Dart was going 11 for 11 with five touchdowns and every practice would tell you “Oh don’t get excited about Jackson Dart It’s Ot.” See with some people you can’t win If he was killing it out there they’re saying “Oh it doesn’t matter It’s OTA.” But these same people if he struggles like he sucks They should have drafted Sher Sanders I got news for you Sure Sanders is playing with the third team in Cleveland He’s not playing with the first team guys He’s not taking first team reps So stop comparing Shanders to Jackson D Sure Sanders ain’t a Giant It’s these same people that don’t let go of Saquon Barkley He’s not here anymore So why do we keep talking about it dwelling on [ __ ] look towards the future Okay Jackson Dart stinks He stinks But can we at least can we at least get him through a season of NFL football or two before we decide he was the wrong pick God almighty I I I just don’t know what some people want man I really don’t I understand it’s been tough with the Giants I understand that you might not agree with everything that Joe Shane does I don’t agree with everything that he does either And I don’t agree with everything Brian Dable does And I’m never going to agree with everything that the coaching staff or the front office or the players do or I’m not going to have I’m not going to agree with everything the fans say We’re always going to have disagreements But holy [ __ ] it’s pretty crazy to think that you know fans are just up in arms Some fans are up in arms about him having uneven practices in OTAAS You know the odds about Jackson Dart I don’t think I’m pessimistic I think I’m realistic about stuff I’m not going to get too high or too low on OTAAS I’m glad that Russell Wilson is building a rapport with Jaylen Hyatt I’m glad that Jaylen Hyatt’s looking good I’m glad that the receivers like the way Russell throws the ball I like seeing them go bowling and bond I like seeing the personality of the quarterbacks I enjoy this type of thing I think it’s good I think this team’s going to be a lot better than people are giving them credit for That’s where I am in June Now talk to me in October Maybe I’ll be singing a totally different story but it’s not because I want them to be bad It’s not because I’m going to complain about everything that they do They’re playing bad I’m going to tell you they’re playing bad But I think this team’s going to be a lot better this year And I don’t want them to be crappy I want them to be good I want them to be good every year I’m sick and tired of losing I’m sick of it You know and you also got to remember man Brian Dable is very hard on the quarterbacks Remember a couple years ago when they were letting the defense know tipping the defense off to what the offensive was offensive players were going to do in practice and Daniel Jones looked horrendous Remember that he was terrible in practice He looked lost That was 2022 What happened in 2022 he had the best year he did as a Giant We won a playoff game for the first time in 10 years They went 97 and one It’s the first time they’ve been over 500 at any time in five years at that point And then the next year all we heard about was “Oh Daniel Jones looks incredible Daniel Jones is sharp The Giants this the Giants that.” And what happened we are garbage So let’s not get too high or too low Let’s not get too high or too low over otaas and practice and all this other stuff You got to keep an even head about this stuff And listen I know I fly off the handle but I’m not going to fly off the handle about practice The whole point of practice is to get better The whole point of practice is to learn from your mistakes build rapport with your teammates learn the playbook learn the intricacies of the playbook and what your players do learn their tendencies learn their strengths learn their weaknesses This is what practice is about I would much rather have Jackson Dart have uneven practices than have uneven games in the NFL Again he’s not going to be thrown right into the fire to begin with You don’t need to worry about this stuff He’s going to learn He needs to learn a lot He has a lot to work on There’s a reason the guy was drafted where he was And he wasn’t a top pick He wasn’t Cameron Ward right we know this So you know give the kid a break Can we just relax for once what did Aaron Rogers say that one time r E L A X Can we not blow it out of proportion because he had a couple of uneven practices in OTAAS and I know some people just wanted Shador Sanders Guess what you don’t get everything you want If you’re actual a if you’re actually a New York Giants fan you root for whoever wears this jersey whether you preferred a different player to be drafted in that spot or not That’s part of being a fan Do I wish that they could go back and do some things differently did I want Daniel Jones instead of pass rusher Josh Allen i think we all know I think 10 million people saw the way I felt about it that night Okay No I didn’t But when Daniel Jones got here sure I was hard on Daniel Jones when Daniel Jones played like crap but I never rooted against the guy So listen relax Let Jackson dart He’s going to have growing pains all rookies do Let’s not blow stuff out of proportion in June Let’s not quit in June for crying out loud Okay if we want to quit in October because that’s
