I don’t know. Im kind of over cheering for the past players from that era. I did my share of it for Bob last year. I know it’s not a popular opinion around here. Down vote me into the earth if you must.
It’s still annoying how everything fell apart in one year.
I get management was bad at the time. I get players can do what they want. And I don’t fault any of them. Im just over feeling good for them.
I am just stuck on what could have been such an amazing core for the next decade.
I’m happy for our former players ….
But I’m a tad salty that Florida, a real non-hockey state IMO, gets **ANOTHER** cup.
I mean when that team is bad you can hear crickets in that building.
I remember a random Friday night game against them in 2015 and there was **NO ONE** there.
Meanwhile, we’ve one won stinkin’ playoff series in 25-years of existence.
A bit of sour grapes on my part.
I would have rather seen the Oilers win it …. at least their fans are passionately consistent.
Good for Seth and Bob though I guess.
Fuck Brad Marchand.
I’m happy for him. Awesome player. Left us in an ok spot. Remember, he didn’t really demand a trade. He informed us he won’t be re-signing. So instead of getting a conditional second we got a boatload. No hate here.
