9. Nice to see Mogilny finally make it. Kinda mad that Carey Price didn’t make it though. The people who just look at his hockey reference page might argue his numbers weren’t good enough, but that Montreal team was kinda ass. They had like one player over Price’s entire career who score more than 80 points in a season. It was Kovalev. Yeah, that long ago. And only twice did he play on a team with someone who scored 70+ points. So 3 seasons with 70+ point players in a 15 year career. He was the best goalie in hockey who was trapped on a franchise who couldn’t build around him.

10. Mogilny’s impact on the game is not to be understated. He truly was a pioneer. Congrats to the 76-goal man and 2000 Stanley Cup champion to getting in.

11. Has anyone on here ever been to a hall of fame induction night? Curious if there’s a chance to meet the players on the night.
