the san jose sharks have issued up their qualifying offers and there are some surprises i’m jd young of locked on sharks the sharks offer thomas bordau daniel gushin and defenseman jack thompson qualifying offers while letting carl berglin nolan burke brandon co noah gregor clean cen nikolai kovalinko georgie romangh and mitchell russell all become unrestricted free agents i think the biggest surprise is that bordo did receive a qualifying offer i thought the sharks might be done with the bordalow experiment and i i think uh for players who did not receive one goender georgie romangh who had shown a lot over the past two seasons as an undrafted free agent uh maybe i i feel the sharks are trying to go with a more uh veteran route uh with the barracuda this season so we’ll break down more of the list and kind of what this means for the sharks uh on your next episode of locked on sharks wherever you get podcasts and of course watch on youtube as

  1. It feels like yesterday that Bords was our best prospect and we were all talking about how good he is lol. Now he’s like so far down the list to the point we’re surprised that he received a QO lmao.
