I hate these “throwback” caps that just take a modern cap, put a fake logo on it, and call it a day. I ended up having my own made since Cooperstown/Ideal Ballcap Company lost their license (unfortunately, I didn’t have measurements for the logo so the bird ended up a little too big. Still looks nice, tho).
My favorite logo is the angry cardinal pitching and I can’t find a hat with it anywhere
I’ve had so many quality issues buying New Era hats from a variety of sites. I get handmade variance but I’ve bought a hat in 3 sizes to make sure I get one that fits and none of em fit right/all get returned. It’s so frustrating. I don’t need any more hats, but I WANT more and won’t buy if I can’t try it on any more.

I know it’s not a throwback, but the batting practice hat this year is great as a modernized version of that 40s and 50s design
