  9. Arenado out, his finger he jammed must need a few days. Gives Gorman and Ferman playing time so not all bad. Gorman is .269 and 2 HR’s his last 7 games. Ferman is 3-3 since being called up.

  16. I’m always conflicted when we face Skenes since I REALLY like him, hes a delight to watch pitch and hes honestly one of my favorite up and coming players. That said I hope we continue the trend of serving him up L’s tonight

  17. Not really pertaining to tonight’s game, but does anyone know the deal with broadcasting for the game on July 4th?

    I live out of state so usually catch the games on MLB TV with no issue. I’ll be back home in STL for the weekend and my dad uses the Bally sports app for the games.

    Since the game on the 4th is being broadcast on Apple TV+, will it still locally be available for Bally Sports users? I just know my dad will be pissed if we can’t watch Cards/Cubs on the holiday lol so want to get some alternatives if needed.

  19. Finally had to block STL Sports Central on social media. Couldn’t do it anymore. They employ some good reporters (like Bernie Miklasz, who I love) but the engagement bait style posts and clip farming they do is shitty. Maybe it’s the way it goes now, idk, but it’s not for me
