But we’re going to make you some money here starting with this game between the Minnesota Twins and the Miami Marlins coming to us from Lone Depot Park as you’ve got the Miami Marlins sending out Jansen Junk for the start here while the Twins will counter with Simeon Woods Richardson. And Jansen Junk, you know, was roughed up in his last start. Three and two/3, gave up eight runs, excuse me, five runs on eight hits, including a home run. Only had one strikeout in that start. Was not a good outing for uh for Jansen Junk in that game. and that was after his really decent first start against the Atlanta Braves. Five innings, a one-run ball, but now faces a Twins lineup that is at a certain point has to be a little bit more desperate. But the fact of the matter is is that they’re just not showing it right now. You know, the uh the Twins in the last two weeks against right-handed pitching, you know, have not really been anything special to the point that, you know, they are just outside the top 10 in team OPS against righties, but they’re only hitting 237. their isolated power numbers are solid, but again, it’s just it’s a lack of production at the plate and it’s resulted in this, you know, continuation of this losing run that they’ve been on where they’ve lost now eight of their last 11 games after their defeat in Tuesday’s series opener. You know, they’re a very streaky team. We’ve talked about this on the morning show. I can tell you Jay’s hit the nail on the head with this team. the fact that, you know, when they’re hot, you know, you back them until they start to fade, and when they’re cold, you fade them until they start to pick it up. And that’s sort of just where I’m at with the with the the Minnesota Twins. And I’m going to keep fading them because right now, the best part of this Minnesota team has been their bullpen. And I just still don’t trust it right now. Even over the last seven days, they have been fairly solid. And you know that the problem for me is that the Miami Marlins bullpen has been better. And the Miami Marlins are the team in far better form. For me, Simeon Woods Richardson is the weak link of this Minnesota Twins, you know, starting rotation. And the Miami Marlins in the last two weeks against righties are hitting 295. You know, their isolated power numbers could be better, but their team OPS numbers are top five. You know, they don’t have the best isolated power numbers, but they’re not terrible. I mean, they’re above league average, and I think that this is a spot where the Miami Marlins are going to provide some value once again here. So, I’m going to roll with the Marlins at plus money once again, and that’s going to be my free pick.
