Okay, let’s look at this baseball game for Tuesday, July 2nd, 2025 between the Detroit Tigers who are at the Washington Nationals. Detroit has been one of the best teams in baseball as t as of this recording, they are tied for the best record in all of baseball here in 2025. But they’ve came back down to earth a little bit and remained a little overvalued of late. In fact, they’ve went just 13 and 11 their last 24. And a majority of these games have been against bad baseball teams like the White Socks, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and the Athletics. in Detroit hasn’t done anything exceptionally well and during that time. This is a decent team, but I don’t know if it’s overly talented. They’re getting the most out of their talent this year. So, they’re a little overvalued is where I’m going right now with the fact that they have the best record in baseball and a team that doesn’t quite have the talent that matches that. On the other side of things, uh Washington’s expected to start Mckenzie Gore. That’s their ace here in this one. And uh Gore has been razor sharp all year, especially of late. seven of his last eight starts. He’s allowed two earn runs or less in those starts. Um he’s posted a 2.53 erra in those last states eight starts. Uh he has the highest strikeout per nine innings uh in among all qualified pitchers in baseball this year. So he’s extremely talented and give him a lot of credit too. He’s made 17 starts so far this season and 13 of them have come against winning teams like the Tigers team that he faces in this one. So, he’s not had it easy at all this year yet. Despite all that, like I said, he’s uh posted a uh he’s one of the better pitchers in baseball. He’s probably in the top 20% pitchers in all the game, the ace of this Washington National staff, and he’s been very good here at home as well, where he’s posted a 2.27 erra. And this Tigers team that he faces in this one, though, they’ve been awesome at home this year, the Tigers have been uh just for a good team, for a very good team, they haven’t been anything special here on the road this year. So add it all up. We got Washington here in this home underdog role with their ace Mackenzie Gore on the hill. So I’ll take them in this one for two for Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025.
