Hey Costy, how are you doing? Long season of baseball. We are already half of half of the season already. New trend, large sample sizes. I’m getting ready for the, you know, the second half of the season. Um, you know, just to be excit excited to be here uh recommending baseball games.
Yeah. And as I always say, there’s a lot of people that uh they post in the comments and they say, “You’re not winning the free picks. You’re not doing good.” Guys, it’s free. It’s one game. It doesn’t mean that Jay doesn’t do the necessary homework for this game. It just means the only way to win in sports betting is with volume. It is hundreds and hundreds of games over the baseball season. Don’t sell yourself short by just watching this video and depending on the outcome of this prediction. You have to follow the system long term. And the system today, we’re going to be breaking down Minnesota Twins versus the Miami Marlins. Right now, we have Festa versus Perez as the listed pitchers. Uh the favorite is Minnesota laying 120 on the road. The overunder is 8 and a half. So why don’t you give us the prediction and strategy behind the prediction?
Yes. So Miami versus Minnesota Festa versus Perez. So you know first of all Miami is redot riding an eightgame winning streak with dominant pitching and timely hitting. Yuri Perez has struggled as we know but I think Miami’s momentum and home match outweigh Festa’s mediocre performance. So, Twins bets have been called and Miami’s confidence is sky-high. I am riding the winning streak of Miami. So, I’m taking Miami to win it here. Got it, guys. Miami plus 100. So, it’s a dog at home. It’s actually one of the best bets in baseball. I don’t know if you knew that, Jay, but the dog underdog at home this year has been the best bet in baseball. So, not saying that’s you just take it blindly. I’m not saying, but if you didn’t follow any of our strategies, if you didn’t subscribe to any of our picks and you just blindly bet an underdog at home every single game this year, you’re printing money. So, it is one of the best bets in baseball this year and usually every year. But I’m more inclined to ask you, yes, Yuri Perez has been struggling this year. He hasn’t been um you know, I guess he’s been below expectations. some may say. Um, give me I I know you do a deep dive on these pitchers every single day. What is your analysis on Yuri Perez?
Yeah. Uh, I think the underdog at home is great approach, but uh I have another approach on this game. So, you know, let me explain why Yuri Perez can have a successful outing. Uh, so I I have Yangles, I think. So the concern is Yuri Perez obviously uh but I think he has electric stuff and elite upside but is totally unpredictable but one inning on unhitable the next inning his walking base is loaded but if he ever locks in midame this uh like no runs I think this would be an easy win for Miami. So another angle I found is that you know Twins cannot time a fast ball. The Minnesota’s lineup is hitting under 0.220 versus high velocity fast balls around 95 miles per hour. Perez throws 97 to 99. So if it can command fast ball well, I think Miami has the edge. I think this continues to until the mid inning. I think Miami can win. And you know on a couple more uh things to say on this match up with Festa he’s no different than Yuri Perez when he struggles five walks for nine innings like the performance Miami has you know patient offense can run high pitch count by the fourth inning I think Miami has to edge so if both pitchers are shaky I want to you know believe in offense I think I think Miami offense is trustworthy so that’s uh you know additional angles on this matchup that I wanted to share with everyone. So, hope that helps.
Yeah. And I I like the analysis. That’s really the educated yangle that you give to all of our clients because most people probably look at this game as a roulette wheel. And why do I say that is because black has hit eight in a row. Red has got to hit soon. And people are going to be fading Miami because they expect the shoe to drop that they’re not going to continue the winning streak. So the value is you can’t just do that. You can’t just It’s not roulette where you’re just picking black or red or every now and then you get a double zero green which nobody likes Jay. Um unless you’re playing it. Unless you’re playing it. And the reality is you have to have a real angle. You have to have a real approach to every single game. So, as I say to to anybody that’s been watching this video series, don’t just sit in the comments and try to predict streaks based on one free pick a day. We do this for a reason. We do this to give you guys the strategy and give you the education of the behind the scenes work that it takes. If you want to really make money, you could buy Jay’s premium picks.
