12. He doesn’t turn 19 for another month and it’s Summer League. He may turn out to suck, but I wouldn’t look too far into summer league games. And unless if Bailey is flat out bad as a rookie, I wouldn’t write him off until at least his 3rd or 4th season because of how young he is.

31. As someone who doesn’t watch college ball, just the eye test and his measureables tell me he’s going to grow into a very good player.

    However you also have VJ, that – to me – his skillset looked like a mix of Kawhi and Oladipo. Clearly much more NBA ready.

35. I went to the game. There were concerns about him going from being listed as 6’9 to 6’7, but he looks incredibly long. He had some great flashes including a sick block.

    With his skillset he’s definitely an off-ball player right now, which is a problem because we don’t have any guards that are good enough to get him the ball, but we’ll get better guards and he’ll develop his on-ball game hopefully. I’m excited, and it’s been the first time since the Mitchell and Gobert era that you can feel the Jazz buzz in the city. Makes me happy to see people wearing Jazz gear out and about. Also Walter Clayton Jr. is a certified dog
