  1. Ryan Fernandez has struck out the side his last two outings. 9 straight scoreless. He’d be a huge boost if we trade some bullpen. I think we actually have the depth(granted it might have some hiccups) to trade Maton and Hels and matz

  2. I know people have their complaints about ESPN but Sunday night baseball still gets me really excited. Makes me incredibly nostalgic for summertime as a kid

  3. Thank goodness we ran into the Guardians of all teams during this rough stretch. It’s single handedly keeping us afloat

  4. Still wild that Mo has any power this year. He should absolutely not have any say in what to do at the deadline. Of course he’s gonna say to be buyers. But anyone with 2 brain cells know we have to be sellers to set us up for the next couple years where we may actually have a chance of doing some real winning.

  5. Fedde had 2 bad starts after several good ones. Am I delusional to think he might not be washed up? Do pitchers lose it for a couple games and then return to form?

  6. Night games at Wrigley remind me of Albert hitting a pitch at his chin out for a homer in 2022

  7. Well, if Nico Hülkenberg can finally get an F1 podium after 239 career race starts (in a 2025 Sauber, out of all the cars he has raced in), then a Fedde quality start in Wrigley is definitely possible. Right??

  8. It’s not just Fedde today, the Cubs are 2nd in runs scored and they had 6 runs without Micolas.

  9. Fuck PCA, fuck Craig Counsel, fuck the cubs bat boys, and fuck their whole organization. Let’s go birds!!!

  10. Having Philly cheesesteaks for dinner. I almost went hot dog in which case I would have used ketchup to spite the Cubs fans.
