Well, like I said, you got three players who can have a big impact at positions of need and almost can make an impact immediately and definitely can have a strong impact over the foreseeable future. Washington on the other hand, they got two allpro great football players. Don’t want to take anything away from that, but I think that these two players are on the decline. And I do believe that the New Orleans Saints got better value and they are able to build something for the future while also shedding off a lot of cap space. New Orleans and Washington, they are not headed in the same direction. Washington is competing for Super Bowls. The Saints are competing just to get back on top of the NFC South. But I do believe after a few years from now, we’ll revisit this conversation and say, no question about it, the New Orleans Saints won the trade.

Washington is trying to win a trophy now, it's why they won the trade… Saints are trying to build a future trophy winning team.. it's why they won the trade.. This is a rare trade where both teams got exactly what they wanted and needed without losing a ton. Remember Latimore dominated his rookie season (droy) so the Saints r in a great position for the future.with highlight wins this season (9-8 imo)
